CA..... EBT card is for TANF and FOOD STAMPS If they only get Food Stamps, they CANNOT use it for anything other than food items. If they get TANF(aka..welfare) then they get cash benefits and can use it as they see fit. If they get both, they can only use whatever their TANF amount is for cash or non food items. My son's grandparents bought him a 95 Toyota Avalon this weekend. Of course, the lady had to keep her tag. I have insurance on it. Called this morning and got that all taken care of and have proof printed out, and I have the title signed over to me. Problem is I need to drive it to get an emission test (which hubby says it will not pass and then I will have to drive it to get repairs) before I can get a tag. What do I need to do? Do I put the tag applied for sgin on the back? I have not applied for a tag.....help....I would not make a good girlfriend to Bertha in the jaihouse
