I have a GE that was put in by the builder, and I HATE it!!! It absolutely SUCKS!!! I'm sure it's bottom of the line. Ugghhhh!! When the time finally does come that we can get a new one I would definitely like to see what other people have too. Momof3, I think I remember you talking about how good yours was but you never told us what kind. Please tell us!!

Ah, so apparently the older guy was goong too slow for her, she was probably on his ass, and then she tries to pass on the right. Because of one woman's stupidity, one person is dead and the other in the hospital. In this case I don't think the "slow-poke" law would have helped this situation at all. It was just careless driving.

This is just such a bizarre story. I hope we find out more about it soon.

I think it happened a little after 3:30.

My brother called and said there was a car fire and fatality. Not sure how it was caused. It was at that intersecting road where the train depot is. He said he called me because the car involved looked like ours and he wanted to make sure it wasn't us. Prayers for all involved and the families.

I think it's all in how you use it, what you use it for, and how often you use it. I have a twitter account but don't use it, and I have a Facebook and I do use it but not every moment of every day. I use mine to stay connected with friends and family I don't see often. I usually share pictures of my son since he so young and I know many of them want to see him as he grows and experiences new things. I am also part of some groups where I've reconnected with old friends and also gained support. As long as its not abused and used in moderation it can be a good thing for anybody.

Well I think the best way to "test the waters" whether on Pcom or anywhere else, is to keep it real, don't beat around the bush or withhold information, and present all the facts. Otherwise, it's just gossip. JMTC.

Please don't misunderstand me in assuming that I don't think your situation is just as if not more serious. And pubic officials trying to cover it up makes it even worse. I just think there was a better way you could have presented it. I think HWAM had a great suggestion in contacting Brochovich to help with your case. I do hope you find justice. Exactly.

First, just let me say that what you and your daughter went thru is a horrible situation and definitely not something to be taken lightly. But just let me give you a little advice. I would suggest not to open the topic in a way that suggests your child was physically beaten or abused by a person, only for the rest of us to find out it was an issue of water contamination. Two totally different sides of the spectrum. You're not going to garner a lot of positive feedback or support for your situation that way. When you do that, you just create drama.
