As shiity as it sounds, Yes. Yes, it absolutely IS discrimination. But I do not know of any law that states it is illegal for a private business to not provide services to a particular customer due to reasons that would be characterized as discriminatory. I could be wrong, but I just don't know of one. At the same time, as Stradial mentioned, I have the right not to support any business that treats their customers or employees like sheeze. And I absolutely agree with you that I wouldn't want them baking my cake either after that. Well said.

Private business should have the right to refuse their services to anyone for any reason if they so chose. I may not agree with the reason they refuse services and it would probably not be a smart decision on their part to do so, but regardless they should have that right. That being said, if it was me, I'd just tell them to eff off and then go find another bakery.

Yes, it is beautiful today. When I was getting dressed today I asked hubby to step outside to see what it was like to make sure I wore something appropriate for the weather. He said he walked outside without a shirt on and it felt great! I'm even considering wearing flip-flops when we go out this evening! Bummer. Fell better.

I like watching curling, I think it's interesting. They sweep the ice to warm it up when they want the stones to go faster or help guide it in a certain direction. I think who ever ends up with their stone closest to the center wins and each stone that they have on the circles counts as a point. I'm enjoying watching the winter Olympics. I really wish the Jamaican bobsled team was doing better!
