Why do you think they decided to shoot this movie in GEORGIA????
-
Yeah, but Microsoft OWNS Communicator, They don't own Skype. So, of course, we have to use Communicator.

They say "This is one reason it is very important to shop Paulding. " Can you imagine, if people were actually SMART ENOUGH to vote NO for this SPLOST renewal of the people, the numbers of people who would shop in Paulding since we'd have the lowest sales taxes around? Of course, there will be a lot of people vote FOR THIS TAX who will also VOTE EVER SINGLE INCUMBENT back into office. As Ron White says, "You just can't fix Stupid."

I used Skype when I was in Finland and wanted to call my wife at home. It's just easier to use it rather than getting an international setup on a phone for a week. Over the last year or so I've been in Dubai, Tokyo, Switzerland, Seattle, and Finland and Skype works well for communicating back home. The icon for my wife shows me when she's on the computer so I know when I can call her. We also used to use Skype for calls at work for talking with all of our remote employees/developers. It doesn't matter whether you're down the hall or across the state or country. You can use it for one-on-on

Was it anything like "with her bending over in the night?"

without any CLUES... I didn't know we were playing the game though. Finish this one "Blinded by the light,"

I don't believe the sign is there anymore but there used to be a sign on the right hand side of Ridge Road next to Hitchcock that said "Telephone Boundary". Our daughter moved on the other said of that sign from us and the realtor failed to tell her that every phone call would be long distance.

I'm sure it's not just a coincidence that the people decided to name the church, after they founded in the community of Nebo, as Mount Nebo. And I'm sure the community was probably called Nebo first, rather than the other way around. I haven't been able to locate whether there was a porminent family named Nebo that might have settled in that area to claim the name, nor have I found anything on Sudie. Although both show up on some very old maps along with other communities that are long gone. (Other communities, I made a pun.) -

I go up to Oak street but I can't wait until they fix that stupid light! It used to be timed properly so you could get out there. Now it only lets out about 8 cars at a time. -
That's why there's a method to amend the Constitution to take care of wrongs - like voting rights of women, minorites, 18 year olds, wasting money, etc. I found this an interesting article... Once again, our founding fathers have been proven right! The Postal Clause was added to the Constitution primarily to facilitate interstate communication, as well to create a source of revenue for the early United States.[1][2] There were some early disagreements as to the boundaries of the Postal Power. John Jay, in a letter to George Washington, opined that the postal service should not be burd

But what about the sick, and the elderly? And those without computers? (Just using the same reasoning/justification someone used for not disbanding the United State Postal Service)

In accordance with the Comprehensive Plan for 2007-2027 I purpose that we immediately incorporate 'Crossroads Community' which would include the following unicorporated areas of paulding county: Yorkville, Union, New Georgia, Nebo, Sudie, Brownsville, New Hope Crossroads, Burnt Hickory, intersection of Dallas Nebo and Ridge Roads, Intersection of Hiram Douglasville Highway (SR 92S) and Ridge Road, New Airport and US 278, East Hiram Parkway and Hiram Douglasville Highway (SR92S) and Cartersville Highway (SR 61N) and Dabbs Bridge Road. At least, down the road, this would cut into the power of th -

I needed to put an electric fence around the top of my chain link fence in south Georgia to keep a dog in. Well, I put the fence charger in the utility room and in order to run the two wires from there to the fence and not have them shorted out I connected the ends from the charger to an extension cord which I ran out the utility room to the fence. From there I connected one side to the electric fence and the other to the chain link. It worked fine for the dog. It gave him a gentle jolt and he stayed off the fence. However, the POPO didn't think it was funny as a neighbor saw the set up an

Nebo was named after the town of Nebo near crossroads of Nebo and Dallas-Nebo. Hiram-Sudie road runs between Hiram and.... wait for it, Sudie. Both of those areas show up on most GPS units. Can you imagine if Sudie had taken off instead of Hiram? Nebo appears to have first shown up on a map in 1883. Sudie shows up around 1915. http://georgiainfo.galileo.usg.edu/pauldingcopn.htm Another community that was near both of these was a place called "OTHER". Interesting reading when you're bored. http://www.dca.state...ldingAgenda.pdf -

I don't believe that the first vehicle those people who live there have put out on the road. I think the POPO were out there one time trying to put one of those abandoned vehicle stickers on it. Apparently, the POPO list that battle. -

There's still the Swan Drive in up in Blue Ridge on Summit Street. They're playing 'The Back-Up Plan' and 'Clash of the Titans' this weekend. What a deal for $6 per adult! Supposedly there are a total of 5 drive-ins left in Georgia: Blue Ridge, Atlanta, Jessup, Tiger, and Dewey Rose.

Vaughn's must have been many years ago. The Briar Patch used to be in this really old building where all of the parking seemed to be out in front. Well, it was there until the building burned. Rumor is that the roaches set it on fire. Yes, they rebuilt on the same site.

If the 'act' was special enough to get their interest, you could contact one of the Atlanta TV stations and they might do a story and honor the person.

Last year when went we were going to buy tickets at the gate and there were some people giving away tickets for FREE before we got up to the counter. The discounts appear to be $2.00 discounts making the on-line price for adults $15.95 + Fee. (However much that is)

Too bad they couldn't hear you yelling back at them "HEY! I'm just writing down the phone number so I can call them later!" -
When they reopen they will be offering an Obama Value Meal. You can order anything off the menu that you'd like and the guy in line behind you has to pay for it.
-
Ok, ok, let me rephrase that. Ain't it a shame that you can't go out and buy a cold beer to drink while you're standing in line at the voting booth?
