http://www.cnbc.com/id/100410660 US Facing Fresh Financial Shock to Economy "It would have a big impact on the economy, especially now that the payroll tax cut has expired," said Gregory Daco, a senior economist at IHS Global Insight,. "Any further drag on growth means it's going to take more time to recover to pre-recession employment levels, for the housing market to recover," he added. "This was sort of the point of releasing the debt ceiling hostage. The sequester is a much more credible hostage because you can shoot them and the world's financial system won't deconstruct," say

Gotta practice your second amendment rights while you can.

The great thing about these gun buyback programs is they are funded by our tax dollars.

I could not help but notice how you guys were dancing a jig about our wonderful economy. Will there be any posts when reality sets in? OBAMA SAVE US.... Once he attacks the second amendment money made on guns sales will decline because they will go after the dealers rather than the owners. Then the owners will be the last on the list. http://www.cnbc.com/id/100405576 Dow Nears Record, but Is It Just Another Bubble? Indeed, investors have relied on the Fed to respond to bearish economic data with three phases of asset purchases, or quantitative easing. So good economic news som

http://denver.cbslocal.com/2013/01/25/rabbits-wreaking-havoc-on-cars-at-dia/ Travelers have a warning for drivers who park their cars near Denver International Airport (DIA). Rabbits are chewing the wires under many cars costing owners a lot of money. The rabbits get in and chew the brake lines, the clutch lines and other wiring. Local car repair shops estimates they can do thousands of dollars in damage. “When I had the trouble with the oil light coming on, the dealer told me the wires that controlled the air conditioning were chewed,” said Ken Blum, one car owner who knows all about

Sounds like something I should look for at the next gun show. Liberals haven't banned that yet. -
The hamburger, like many staples of American cuisine, has a varied and many storied background. The story of its origin that I like best is this one: During the late 19th century, Hamburg, Germany was a port much visited by American ships. The local eateries made good money when Americans came in and one fellow in particular was a favorite. He specialized in hearty breakfasts - thick patties of German sausage, fried eggs, bread, potatoes. However, as his business grew and his customers were increasingly Americans, he noticed that they always seemed to be in a hurry and always nagged for th

If I were you you might consider using your rent as a down payment on the next house. If its up for auction it may be too late. If you pay the $2600 in taxes then your paying for your sister in laws debt. If you are lucky enough to buy at the auction the house is yours. I think it would be wise to have a back up plan possibly an apartment.
-
That means they auction the house at the courthouse steps, the highest bidder gets the house. Three years of taxes sounds like a lot of money. Do you own the house or rent. if you rent there might be a problem.

"And it was completely different place in every imaginable aspect," she recalls. Anikeeva grew up in Vladivostok on the eastern edge of Russia, and studied abroad in Savannah, Ga., where the experience, she says, changed her life. "The people were different. The culture was different. The weather, the food, the school. Everything was fascinating," she says. "I knew that I w

I was completely unaware of this event that took place in Athens , TN in 1946. I did not know an armed revolt on American soil by WWII veterans ever took place during our lifetime. A very sobering video to say the least. Now the second amendment should be a little clearer to everyone. This movie lasts less than four minutes and is well worth the time. http://voxvocispublicus.homestead.com/Battle-of-Athens.html

Atlanta Constitution, Oct. 25, 1887 -- page 9 Pickled Watermelon Rinds - Peel the green skin from the rind and scrape off all the red pulp till the rind is firm and hard. Cut them in small pieces about three inches long and lay them in a weak brine by adding one cup of salt to a gallon of water. After they have soaked in the brine for twelve hours remove them, rinsing them off and weigh them. Allow one half a pound of sugar to every pound of rinds and vinegar enough to cover them. Stick a clove in every piece of rind. About one stick of cinnamon and half an ounce of cassia buds to every se
