You know John, I'm sure there are a whole lot worse things than losing a pet but if you are a pet lover I really can't think of anything that makes you do "the ugly cry" and puts you to your knees like losing one does. I'm really sorry for both you and Haley. I know it's just a really sad time. It will get better, I promise.

We shop for our perishables at Sams, Kroger and Publix. Canned stuff at Walmart. I have a requirement that a meat department has to smell clean and Walmart's meat department smells bad to me. I have tried several things at Ingles and everything I have ever bought has been spoiled or rancid. I bought fish there one time and it was all wrapped up so I could not smell it before I bought it but once I got it home and went to cook it OMG it stunk! Into the garbage it went. Another time I bought a big bag of carrots for the horses and the whole bottom of the bag was bad. I mean how long is th
