    So you are saying that the local law enforcement agency is purely for raising revenue, is that what they mean by to serve and protect? I guess that just proves that red light cameras were truly only used as a revenue generating tool also.

    Well heck by the time I would have had to go through all the red tape so to speak to fill out all the proper documentation the builder would have completed the construction on the house, even the tractors illegally burying the trees after dark would have been long gone.
