their realtor and their mortgage broker have both strung them along saying "we're almost there, your loan's approved we just need one more thing...." that they have now gone past the time they can get their earnest money back and now they can be sued for breach of contract.

They've been working with the mortgage broker since April trying to get all their ducks in a row and doing everything she said so they wouldn't have any problems. Got pre-approval, etc. and she has ask for the same things over and over again. they were supposed to close Monday and found out Friday that it wasn't going to happen. their realtor told them. everybody involved knew but nobody bothered to tell my daughter. then they are supposed to close today but still waiting on the underwriter.
