Was the kid acting like a brat or just crying? Your post made me think of something else.... I cannot stand it when people call kids brats for acting like kids. Yes, there are times when children DO act like brats, I understand.....but if the kid is being a kid....no reason to call them a brat.

WOW. I'm amazed. I worked in the McD's drive-thru when I was 16 and I cannot even come close to imagining having to put the specified creamer/sugar in every single coffee that went out that window! Is that drive-thru slow? -

McD's doesn't fix your coffee for you...they give you the packets to fix it yourself. Or they SHOULD have.
