    My fiance did some wiring for the builders in some of those houses. He drove me through the neighborhood. I saw where they live now, but he said the big one up on the hill is being built for them. Maybe he is wrong, but I'm pretty sure the builder told him that. Just saying what I heard. Not trying to start an argument.

    My fiance does low voltage work for the developer there. Evidently the developer's wife is the realtor and they are very stingy on their pricing. They have hired another salesperson/realtor, and evidently he's been doing them some good, so there should be more development soon.
