I don't think so. I think her son is old enough to have a TV if that's what she wants to do. It is her child. She just wanted others' opinions to see what other parents with kids her age were doing.

I was going to post before/after pics of my hubby bc I made him grow a mustache/goatee. I think he looks too young without it. The only pic I have on the comp of him without it has me next to him in a bikini....and I'm not posting that.

Well....I would, but he does the finances. I don't take care of our money. That's the thing---bc of us shelling out all of this extra money to finish a bedroom and bathroom in our basement, I was under the impression that we couldn't afford to buy for each other. Sneaky McSneakerson over there was putting aside money for me for Christmas. He is such a sweet man. He was telling me that all he wants is to see my face when I open the gifts he got me. But still....how would you feel if someone bought you gifts (yes, I know there are more than one) and they had none to open?

So true....I think my ribs are broken from this little kicker! The issue is not what to get ME....I always tell him things I would like.....he evidently listens (even though it really doesn't seem like it most days). I have issues with buying HIM things.....he doesn't have time for a real hobby because he works 6 days a week. He is always needing clothes and shoes, but I feel like that's all I buy him anymore, so I want to mix it up a bit....he's just hard to shop for. Uh oh....you're right. He's not gonna be happy! :lol: Christmas comes once a year.....

SOOO.....due to us expecting our little angel in 9 weeks and having to finish a room in the basement because of it, we decided we wouldn't buy each other anything for Christmas this year. I'm putting a TV in their playroom (which is FINALLY finished! ) for them to share, but I will let them have their own TV's when they are older. I haven't decided what age yet.
