Seriously....what night is Trick or Treating this year?
gog8tors replied to Gipper Girl Rocks's topic in RECENT TOPICS
And you and JB would be surprised to know just how many do know what the "history" is. You really are on a condescending roll today. It's called growing up, and researching these things. Oh, but for some people you can learn about the original pagan rituals, and why the church adopted them just by watching the history channel. There are some of us that actually read though. -
Ok, yes this is something stupid. I accidentally deleted the recycle bin on my computer. I can't find it in my programs or any where else. Somebody help please.

Been having that same problem. Yep, need to find out how this is going on.

So, are you going? I mean after all I'm sure you can prove him wrong. -1

I think the USPS is Constitutionally mandated. http://usgovinfo.about.com/od/consumerawareness/a/uspsabout.htm Wikipedia isn't my favorite source, but here it is anyways. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Postal_Clause

http://paulding.com/forum/index.php/topic/274894-just-courious/page__p__3501449__fromsearch__1#entry3501449 This is a topic I started on the same thing. The American Dream is different things to different people. How you get there is up to you. I have encouraged all three of my kids to go to college. However, I have figured out that maybe you shouldn't go right after high school. How many kids drop out after 1 or two years in college? How many go back? I also think that the schools do need to being back the shop classes and such. I know that North Cobb has those classes back in their s

30-40 year olds still have a chance to work. Especially if they are trained. I was referring to 50-62 year olds. Right now many (if they haven't found work) are living on their retirement savings. Most are hoping that it will last till they can find work. Oh, and good luck getting food stamps, or any other kind of gooberment help.

Which is why a lot of folks have just gone ahead, and retired. Even at though that means taking less in their SS. I know that many of these people planned to work for as long as they could. I do think this is a good program.

Ya know??? Right. That's OK, I told him if he didn't believe then Santa won't come see him. I bet he starts believing again real soon.
-
12 year old informed me he was getting to old to go trick or treating. He also let me know that Santa isn't real. Where oh where is my little boy?? Yes, I wanted to cry.

You know I posted a whole slew of job openings in the other thread that he started. A lot of them are right there in NY and NJ. Most of the jobs start at a very good pay rate. The losers in the park have no excuse.

OK, I can't belivie I'm asking this. But,...............DS would love to have the Ga. one. How, when and where do I pay?

The coaches????? That's the officials job. From what I've read the coaches weren't any help at all. I can (knock on wood) truthfully say I have never seen things like this. Yes, I have seen the parent who thinks his/her little slugger is the next Nolan Ryan, but I have never seen the maylays (I know that's not how it's spelled, but you get the point.) that apparently are out there. Sad really.

Mom must've been a scout!!

DS is 12 and he has a netbook. He tends to be careful with stuff like that, so I guess it would depend on how your kid is with say (if he has any) psp or any other gaming stuff.

Yea, but the girl isn't any of the above. She doesn't need to lose weight. I on the other hand lose my weight without all of the fad, diet is a four letter word in our home. And, I have no intention of getting down to my high school weight. I would look anorexic. My advise to anyone is think back to when you felt the best about YOU. Not what the doctors say is your ideal weight, but how you felt. My criteria: When did I accept that I am first a WOMAN? Not a sex object? When did I have the most energy? When was I happy with the clothes I would buy? I answered those questions, and for

Sounds like I am real happy I don't ever intend to get on an airplane for any reason. Thank you all for giving me number 10 of my reasons not to ever get on a plane.

DD had granddaughter at Kennestone. She was very happy with them. I had DS at Cobb 12 years ago. They were great to me. I loved having the baby in the room with me. Every time I have ever had to use either Wellstar hospital I haven't had any issues. My girlfriend had her last baby, number 7 at Tanner. She was a premiee. and my girlfriend was very pleased with them. She is the woman that is the Earth Mother type. So for her to go to a hospital was a big deal for her.

I registered at BRU. Most of my friends went online checked out what I wanted, then bought it where ever it was less expensive. I only had two items that you could only get at BRU. My co-workers got both for us.

Nah, they weren't being paid enough.
