  1. A roll-off is about $250.00 If you believe that you have enough stuff to fill one up then personally that is what I would do. As I don't have a trailer. You just need to decide how much your time is worth and the wear and tear on your equipment.
  2. I agree! I also believe instead of this nickle and diming they should BAN cell phones while driving..... PERIOD! (Unless they are hands FREE) I know New Jersey has this law and their fatalities have dropped considerably!
  3. Just got off the phone with another nice Lady at the Water Dept. and She just informed me that we are still under a BOIL Order.

  6. I am sorry this happened to you! I'm afraid that is ALL you can do. I'm told FEMA will have funds for those that have lost everything due to flooding and as soon as I have more info I will post. We can issue you a flood policy but it won't cover current flooding.

Their Number is 770-443-8000 or 770-443-8003 I encourage EVERYONE to leave a message(YOU CAN"T) for them to contact "OUR" Local Television Stations and tell "US" what is going on! In case you need the number to leave on their message machine it is P.COM 770-505-8544 or 678-481-5187 (Maybe someone from the BOE will read this!) p.s. if you know someone with the BOE tell them to read this and call in! Wait a minute!!!!!!! I forgot.... you can't leave a message!
  10. You know... I realize that BOE likes to have authority and normally wait till the last moment to inform parents. I also realize WE (as a county) have never been here before and are wading in uncharted waters. (Please excuse the pun) I just wish that our powers to be would make the EFFORT to really tell us residents exactly what WE as a county are facing as far as getting up and running and on our way to normalcy. I think of that recording from the BOE about keep watching your LOCAL Television stations for updates! When in REALITY all they have to do is contact the pe
  11. Gotcha! I am under the impression that they will not let the children back in school until we have been CLEAR for 24 hours. With Hiram and other areas with NO water I was just wondering. Need to stop thinking as it tires my brain!
  12. Someone please chime in.... will the boil water order remain in effect for 24 hours after they fix the system or is it 24 hours from yesterday?
