It did not Look G D but man was it delicious! melted a little butter in a glass with some lemon juice, horeradish, garlic and olive oil. poked holes in the eggplant and squash and basted them while they were on the grill. Mmmmmm, Mmmmmm GOOD!

Someone snatched the ones I had left out at the office on the back porch.... wonder who it was?
