In either case, other media outlets have said all involved were black. The media reports this shooting was drug related and the shooter was black (as were the victims). I'm going out on a limb here, but 13/90 seems like an accurate description to me. Nothing racist about that.

I'd be interested seeing long term planners showing an international aircraft manufacturer or other heavy industrial commercial manufacturing facility adjacent to SCF.
