I understand from some verifiable sources that Lockheed Martin is expanding the C-130 assembly line, and they are also gearing up for production of the F-35, upgrades on the C-5 & P3 as well as finishing out production on the F-22. In the next 6 months or so, Lockheed is about to be hiring welders, assemblers, electricians, fabricators and so forth. You have to go to the Lockheed Martin web site and apply online as they won't accept phone calls or walk-in applicants. The ride is nice and there is a good restaurant in the Lodge at Desoto State Park. very nice and quiet. Desoto also has restroom facilities, but Little River Canyon has an outhouse. The Road along the Little River Canyon Rim has several places to stop and take photos. It's an excellent day trip.

As a commissioner, how would you fix the awful odor from the spray fields on Carruth Pkwy? It stinks so bad, and to think those folks bought home for $280,000 and they have to live next door to this funky smell.
