Earlier this week, I went to the BBQ restaurant, near the old Hospital on West Memorial Drive in Dallas, I saw a homeless man hanging around the outdoor picnic area pavilion there. On a previous visit a couple weeks earlier, I saw the same guy and it appeared like he had been taking a bath in the restroom which is accessible from the outside of the restaurant. Further, my wife went to the Kroger on Nathan Dean Blvd and was speaking with a clerk there and they discussed homeless folks also coming to Kroger and camping in the woods between the Kroger and the railroad tracks and loitering.
