One great suggestion... Put your self in places you can not smoke.... Then always keep your mind on the ball...... that being... set your mind to not smoke.... one craving at a time. They will keep the birth certificate and then mail it back to you in a separate envelope in about 3-4 weeks. The key item is that the seal on the birth certificate is raised or it may or may not be accepted. I can tell you the expedited is not really worth it unless you have to have it in less then 3 weeks. All I can say is the guy was on the ground and had enough police offices on him they did not need to kick the kid. They were wrong and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Jail time is warranted for all of them.

I just have to say that is if you incurred the loan and can't afford it you should sell you home and get an apartment. Not look for a hand out from the government or look at the banks for not making a loan modification. If a modification comes threw great for you.
