She can not give a opinion as last I heard she was in jail again in another country.

Try placing a sign in the area with your contact info and detail what happened. If they live in the area maybe someone will spot them and call you.

I would be going to talk to that officers boss...they would SHOW me the law that says you can not take pictures or they would have the officer tell me she was wrong and hopefully learn a lesson and not do the samething to someone else.

The sad thing is for a LONG time now we are all about making excuses for people hurting and killing other people. For some reason it has turn into all about the guilty and the WHY they acted the way they did and how we can make things better for them and not the victim. I think lot of people have just given up getting justice for people so when something happens with animals being it is still OK (PC) to protest that...so they do.

Please do think before you decide to take your poor dog for a car ride and then leave them in a car....it will kill them in this heat and if I see anyone doing this I will call and report it. Do not leave kids in the car either. I am sure we will be hearing about people doing this and kids not making it..we always do when the heat hits.
