LPPT - Thanks for posting that clip of Lil RaceGirl. Unfortunately, I had to miss the rodeo Friday night. My father was on life support in a Tallahassee hospital. RaceHubby was so busy trying to do everything he wasn't able to video. I have NEVER missed one of her shows and it broke my heart to have to miss this one, so thanks for the clip. If you have anymore I'll gladly pay you for a copy.

What about the KY yours and mine commercial? Seriously, the advertisers are getting a little out of hand. And obviously the networks have no discriminatory skills.

Oh and another one that bugs me is the "Extenze" commercial. That couple must say "this could be fun" ten times!

Mine wears a tankini that covers it all. If there are men or boys around, a t shirt is to be worn over the tankini - no exceptions.

OMG!!!!!! I love me some B-52's. Lil RaceGirl is soooo mad we can't go. She is performing Friday and Saturday night so we'll miss this one.

Well, I just don't trust the world. Lil RaceGirl turned 14 today. When I went in to pay my power bill (literally all of about 60 seconds) she went in too. I know legally I could have left her in the car, but my "mommyness" wouldn't allow it.

I got it at the New GA Public Library. It was great! I couldn't put it down so I ended up reading it in one day. Then I had to know what happened next, so I went back and got the second one (The Lost Boy). Of course I read it in one day and you guessed it, had to go back for the third one (A Man named Dave) It was good too. The whole thing started out as summer reading for Lil RaceGirl, but I couldn't stop myself.

Lil RaceGirl calls them a "H.I.T" this means hooker in training. She will be 14 tomorrow and has never worn anything even remotely revealing. I don't have to tell her not to, she chooses not to. Of course a lot of that is probably because we have educated her on the importance of morals. Sometimes when we see young girls dressed so scantily, I feel bad for them, but sometimes I am grateful for Lil RaceGirl to have a walking example of what not to do. I guess I am just thankful that this is not one of the "teen girl issues" I have to deal with.

I came through at about 2:20 am and their alarm was sounding off. No cars in the parking lot or anything. I'm just nosy. (this was Rose's btw)

My medical terminology professor says it is a great line of work to go in to. I know they offer it at GNTC ( formerly Coosa Valley Tech) in Rockmart.

I think a lot of it had to do with how late she stayed up the night before. Tell Kelsi to think on what songs she would like to work on so I can let Layla know. They may even want to try something accoustic for one of the open mic things one night. Layla can pretty well play anything on guitar now, so that gives them a broader selection to choose from.

Johnboy - it was good to see your family last night! Kelsi is adorable and I love her new haircut. Sorry we had to leave out so early, Layla wasn't feeling too good. We'll have to do it again soon. Maybe next time Layla and Kelsi can do a song or two together.

I may be wrong, but I don't think the whole "run an ad in the paper" thing applies if there are children involved. Also, it seems like divorcing couples with children are now required to attend some type of parenting classes or something like that. Best advice you've been given..... tell her to speak with a PROFESSIONAL.

I probably shouldn't go either since I have classes and a test tomorrow am, but I promised a really sweet girl I would bring the family up there tonight. I may not stay late, but I have to go for at least a little while.
