You have two lines to cut called the vas deffernce(wrong sp for sure). The incision they make in the testical is so small it does not require a stitch. The scissor is where they make the opening, if it is scalpel free it is a laser that actually cut the line. I have one kidney so I only had my right side of my reproductive system working so it was a little easier with only one side to do.

If you have kidney issues like you mentioned you really need professionals, not Pcom know it alls. Don't try listening to Vegans on this, they will kill you with wrong info, listen to your doctors and a REAL nutritionist. On that pic, she is their poster child, and she does not look that good in person. I can tell you from having our business and dealing with 1000's of Vegans and working with one they look worse then people who eat a balanced diet. I also found many follow it and believe like a religion, regardless of real data. In short they usually have an agenda and if they don't kno

If you have kidney issues talk to your doctor first, see if they can hook you up with a dietician. Some things good for others are bad for us so be careful. Best wishes, Bruce -
I tried to get more involved when the had the Hiram craft festival. I had done many and thought I could offer some insight on why so many vendors would not return and that this was what brought the crowds. She scoffed at the idea I sent over 1,000 that I would be there and I had customers come from all over metro Atlanta that only knew because of me. The only issue they even talked about was a rude cop and only because so many commented on here. It was obvious they had their ways and reasons especially when placing vendors. After the first year and me trying to help out they "lost" my applicat

I delivered pizza in the mid 90's and drove through there a good bit. People would ride my bumper and pass me on those curves.

The best thing you can do is talk to your doctor before or while and make sure they are on board. I try to do everything by the book so when it gets to transplant I qualify, they even ask about tatoos.

Don't the chills stink! I get goose bumps so hard they hurt, throw up and aches like you say. I herniated two disks and have a very high tolerance for pain, last time I was in the ER I hurt so bad all I could do was breath through it until they got me on an IV I was shaking from pain. I was 225 this time last year, I was 183 this morning, I don't like being in pictures after seeing myself in the Spring in one where for the first time I looked sickly. I drink lots of water, monitor protein, phos. etc... so I am doing all I can on my part. It has been frustrating trying to get the house and yard

Sorry I meant an NSAID Toridol(sp?)for pain.

That is why the kept putting me back on it, they had me down to 2.5mg but once I got high stage 3 they pulled me off them. I leak protein and get gout bad but I can't do gout meds. If the gout gets really bad I can get a shot of steroids. The diet had helped, I am mostly vegetarian now and eats lots of foods high in anti oxidants. Same here, I lost about 25% due to infection and the rest is here on "waivers" from having high BP since age 11. I have not heard of anything, I try to keep up on research etc and would be curious to know. They like to use ace inhibitors but for some like me it makes creat. worse. They help a lot of things and counter the bad affects of other BP meds. Since August I lost about 40 pounds and eat lots of fruits and veggies. I get attacks where it hurts really bad, I throw up a lot and it takes a couples weeks to feel OK. I feel better with the weight off, less frequent attacks but still have nau

I'm thankful to say we have never had any robberies in our neighborhood. There are 6 houses (including mine) where people are home all day (except for errands, etc). One is a Hiram Policeman (He is AWESOME!) and he is home all day as is his police vehicle. It is sad that people are so desperate that they will go to any length to get what they want...usually drugs. We can only hope and pray that things get better. I know, I'm being optimistic. Scarlet

We got our tree Saturday at the Food Lion @ 61/Scoggins (Hiram Sudie) intersection. We got a 8 foot tree for $29 and it is the spruce pine (small needles). I saw the ones about the same size and shape at HD and they were close to $60. They have all shapes and sizes and they are all $29 regardless of which one you get. They just got them in on Friday...just thought I would pass that info along! Great savings! (That is if you buy a live tree every year.) Hope everyone has a Very Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah (Hanukkah)...our kids celebrate both! Scarlet

We usually do 95% of our shopping here in Paulding County, Hiram to be specific. While our budget this year is smaller than last year, I will be spending it at the above places that Orwell listed. Our daughter works at Portrait Innovations at the Avenue and we occasionally go there, but not often. Oh, and if you are looking for Christmas Dresses for parties, don't forget to check out Pat's Apparel! And don't forget to order your sweets from Bumble Bee! It's just up the street and their Conolies are to die for! Have a great Thanksgiving everyone! I'll be sitting out of the shopping on Fr

We have always booked well in advance and been able to actually pick our cabin rooms...the exact level and cabin. For me, it is worth it. I know too many people who go on a cruise and let them just pick a room and they ended up below the dance clubs and even the casino. We had a problem with being on the top floor with the pool level above us. Late at night people would drag chairs across the deck. So we usually get the level below...except for our first cruise, we have gotten a balcony room. I would be upset if I ended up lower than the upper deck. Now if I getting a last minute cruise

A few years ago we changed out our old windows (single pane) and got the double hung, double pane w/UBV protection in the windows. We also got the heavy shades from HD and our utilities dropped dramatically. They have paid for themselves in the last 6 years that we have had them. If you have old windows that are single pane, you will be shocked how much the difference makes. A great investment!

That's too bad. It was fun to go there to watch the UFC fights...everywhere else is so packed for them. I do have to say though that we got wings there only once...they were dry and horrible. Maybe their other food was good, but not the wings. Very sorry to hear they have closed. It is tough owning your own business these days. I wish them well.

Typically the buyout is an option or they did a balloon payment. You are right on that, most likely after 3 there is still a major portion of the principal in comparison to a straight out 5 year at the 36 month point. You really have to do the math and try not to buy on emotion. Never ever go in saying you want to spend X per month. Do your research and know what size loan your monthly budget will buy. I did this years ago and did not have the heart, I would have been good at a high service one price system like Carmax. I would really like to sit down and write a buying guide one day, too bad

I have seen him, I was going to put details but don't want to hinder anything going on. It was when we had the store, he came in twice, he got the hint the second time. There any many online systems so you can know where they are. Often sex offenders are sheltered by family or community for various reasons, it may be the police did not want to run.

Also, back breaks don't go in small cars quickly. I have a 2005 civic with 131,000, my backs look great, I do my own maintenance. I am curious to see what they lube on an Accord drive shaft. Yes for sure, as soon as I ave the $ my civic will be there for a timing belt. I am stretching it at 130,000! yes I know, I grew up in a garage, it is bills and food or a timing belt right now.
