Sure! I stumbled across it accidentally! We don't drink much milk around here, we hardly even eat cereal so we don't have milk around for when a recipe calls for it. So I decided to stock up on cans of evaporated milk for when I needed it. It makes the moistest cornbread, and as I said it stays that way if you wrap the leftovers good.

Thanks for all the recipes! I read through them all and took what I thought my family would like. This is what I came up with and it is the best I have ever had. I am now going to be a fan of it like my husband. 3 quarts water 1 package beef bouillon 1 cube chicken bouillon 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup Baby Rays barbecue sauce 1 can chopped tomatoes 1 12 oz can of chicken 1 lb of smoked Boston butt, I cut it off all around the outside to get most of the smokey flavor. cooked this down an hour added 2 onions chopped 1 cup finely chopped carrots simmered another 1/2 hour added

Yes! bottom left in the dark bar it says IP board click it for a drop down menu and choose the LO-FI option, you will probably not like it, then go back and choose the other option which will be the board most are using, blue/gray. I had to go that route as did some others to get this one, they may have gotten that fixed now but it worked for many of us. The Halloween special is what you are in now.
