I expected it to, any time you transfer data from one program to another you have this. Actually I am surprised at how well it went, it could have been much worse especially with the volume of code on the site. The more time that goes by between upgrades the more issues you have. I feel left out pwaa I have met everyone but Me who else. I wub them all! I would also Like to meet Harlee 71 (sp)! I saw a lot of my favorite P.commers today at the chamber meeting! I think I would like to meet Walking Tall also.

My conversation with the owners and inspectors was that they are scored in sections. Bathroom, dining room ect. A failure in each section is up to a 10 point knock off. A cook wearing a ring is 10 off. The biggest concern is the placement of food and utensils to stop cross contamination to prevent food poisoning. Your employees pose the most danger by not washing their hands when handling different food. That is why you can have just 1 or 2 people get sick from a meal. They have got to follow the rules of where things should be placed to prevent contamination, if they don't

O only saw one that I have never eaten at and never will that concerned me. Consistent bad scores make me nervous. I check what they got points off for. I know that part of the system allows them to make corrections on things and then rechecks them. I have gotten food poisoning from restaurants with great scores. So I tend not to go by this too much myself. The food temp thing is what makes me the most nervous so I always check that on the card if there was a low score. After talking to owners and the head inspector, I don't get very worried about a low score on a drop in in

I am so sorry to hear this Eric and Vickie! You are both wonderful people and I know how hard you both worked to try and make the restaurant a success, You know my husband and I loved the food!
