I am about to start the process of getting my basement fixed from when it got damaged during the flooding. SO... Have you or a family memeber ever used a Basement Waterproofing Co. here in the Atlanta area? Are you associated with a builder or are you a builder who will recommend someone to come out and give me quotes. I have already looked at Trotter. My boss here at work has them out at his house today looking at his basement. So I will get his opinion of them if he decides to use them. Thanks!

The milk gives it a creamy broth... The dumplings will sorta sink to the bottom when they are done. All you have to do is just taste them... You will / should know by just looking at them. They don't take long.

I do mine exactly how Gaheart said (she's my friend) In my best special voice I'm a quick cook...I'm not slaving over a dang stove. I boil my boneless - skinless chicken breast in water, butter, salt and pepper, dash of garlic, dash of onion power. After the chicken is done I take it out and cut it up. I then add about a 1/2 cup of milk to the water and get it boiling again I buy cheap canned biscuits.... "pinch" them apart and roll them in balls..sort.. Salt to taste.

I'm suppose to be having one done also...I just keep putting mine off. Prayers for your hubby.

I'm glad I never sign up for potato duty........ I always just get stuck bringing the rolls.

If you want to get rid of any.....let me know.. I'll come and get them. You don't have to clean them for me...just put them in a grocery bag (guts and all) I'll clean them I do several different ways. Garlic and Salt, cajun seasoning, or Powdered Ranch Dressing. I always soak mine in melted butter for about 10 minutes before I toast them. I also let mine cook longer than the usual time... I bake mine on 350 for 1 hr. Tossing them about every 15 minutes.

I really got a kick out of #39.... that one has to be an engineers desk...especially a Highway Desginer... because that on the screen is a roadway profile.
