Are they members here as Commerce Members? I know you are new to this board and are not a paying member so you can't go and fix your title. But just be prepared to get the title changed by a Mod. 1st tip of the day. - Only Paying Commerce Members names are allowed to appear in the Topic Title. you are allowd to put the business name in the body of the post..but just not out in the main board.

The only dang thing I can find that will help......is plain ole nasty rice cakes...thats about it... Oh wait..that's even high in carbs.... so scratch that. When I found out that something was wrong with my heart and liver and I really had to start looking for better ways to eat... all I can say is Good Luck. Everything is high in sodium. Very high. You really have to like fresh veggies... but I have to be careful on what types of veggies that I eat because of the Blood thinner I'm on and the amounts I have to take of that everyday........ But giving up drinking will help you more

Path Foundation along with private donors and Ga. Parks funded the build...BUT PC is SUPPOSE to maintain it. GDOT purchased the R/W from the railroad in hopes of bringing a commuter type rail system there. The plans fizzled out...an they donated the R/W to Path for the SC puropse. SO...actually Paulding County is SUPPOSE to maintain the trail.

I say NC! You could go to Asheville.........nothing more romantic than the Biltmore House.

Fall Festival & Trunk or Treat Life Church is holding a Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat on Sat. Oct. 31st from 12-8 pm. The Trunk or Treat will be from 6:00pm – 8 pm Lots of games and prizes. I'm a dang fanatic when it comes to this... Most people will think I'm OCD about it... Here's my routine and GaHeart and verify this... Flush toilet with foot... take a paper towel and turn on the faucet (then throw it away) let the water get warm while I'm soaping my hands and singing Happy Birthday.. (silently) rinse hands get another towel and turn faucet off with it. get another towel and open the bathroom door.... Now it's time for my Lara Croft move.... hold the door open with my foot/leg and try to toss the paper towel into the basket. All of this is done at
