I can't imagine grown men going around slashing tires. I was surprised to see the ages in the article because I fully expected to read that they were 14 or 15. It's so sad for those whose tires were slashed. Even if they have insurance on their vehicle or coverage under a homeowner's plan most likely their deductibles are $500 or $1000. They'll have to buy their own tires and hope for restitution at some point in the future.

Liberty Lady, I am so sorry for your loss. I followed this case online and made a small donation to the fund set up for printing flyers and such. I am saddened by this development.

Please come back here and post details of your experience as you passed through security in ATL and the other airport from which you will be returning. Happy Thanksgiving!

If there's no time to smoke one then check Sam's Club in the freezer section. I saw some there last week.

Sorry, you are right. I didn't see the additional pages of photos at first.

This was pasted on the FB page. "Still images from the security camera where his truck was found." http://imgur.com/a/uEAeO Is this parking lot in the back by the tennis courts? Funny how the truck appears to be parked in the middle of the lot and not parked in a spot. I live in the vacinity and will keep my eyes out as I make my rounds tonight and tomorrow. Keeping him in prayer.

Will keep him in my prayers.

Yes. According to the news reports and FB posts there is some confusion as to whether he was actually seen at the job site. Also, morning begins just after midnight and no information about a specific hour has been published that I have seen. But I see you already asked for that information.
-
Hardly...I'm guessing he does most of his star-gazing at night. What I gathered from the news reports was that he didn't show up for a job in the morning so I'm thinking he was out the night before. Also, Wasn't there quite a span of time between when he didnt' show up for a job in the morning and when his truck was found?

Not necessarily...he is a diabetic so he could be sick from what I've read. Lost Mountain is directly across the road from Lost Mountain Park with an infrequently used road that leads to the top and quite a few unoccupied homes. I would imagine the star-gazing from that point would be fantastic. Wondering if he may have wandered that way in a diabetic-confused state.

So sorry for your loss and the families'. Very sad for the young people involved. P.S. The link takes me to a subscription only site so we can't read the article.

Based on the news I heard about the sanitary conditions of the cruise liner after 4 days adrift, I doubt it was a pleasure for the sailors to have to sleep there.

http://www.groupon.com/deals/sparkles-family-fun-centers?c=dnb&p=2 Expires May 12, 2011 Limit 5 per person. Limit 1 per visit. Not valid on Special Event Days. Valid only at Hiram and Kennesaw locations. Non-transferable. Must use in 1 visit, no cash back. Not valid with other offers. Tax included. I've never quite understood the rules on some of the Groupons. If I buy 3 of these, can I bring all 3 kids at one time with each using one groupon? I'm interpreting the "Limit 1 per visit" to mean that the same person can't use two in a day but that different people in the same group

I've been maybe two times and have no plans to go back. I love McDonald's coffee...large is $1.59 and they'll add the cream and sugar and I'm good to go. My son used to like the Starbucks bottled coffee drinks sold in the 4 packs and I figured out how to make those at home with my Eight O'Clock coffee. He couldn't tell the difference. Recipe: You will need an empty Starbucks glass coffee bottle and the lid. Put 4 teaspoons of sugar in the bottle Add hot coffee to just barely above the green(?) label Swirl the bottle to mix the sugar into the hot coffee Add half -

So, it's ok with you if others feel the same about Barack Obama...not accepting him as our President?

Certainly Pubby found a niche market and filled a news/discussion/social void with Paulding.com. Good job, Pubby. Capitalism at its best!

Such sour grapes! Exactly the reaction I expected out of Feelip.

I'm guessing maybe ABM means Absentee By Mail and AIP means Absentee In Person (early voters). Anyone know for sure?
