I was surprised when they were saying on the news it has been 2 years. WOW! MJ was an extremely talented man and that got lost in his oddness and a lot of the other things that went on in his life and the media. I could watch him dance for hours! DS performed his music way back when - complete with the sequin jacket, glove and socks. Sweet Memories.

I agree totally!!! I knew the ex-husband for 5 years and we dated off and on during those years. After 10 yrs of marriage he abandoned DD and I when he went to get a pack of cigarettes and never returned. (Yes that does happen in real life, not just in the movies. ) We were living in the Regency Towers in PCB and he just LEFT. That was in 1987 and I am STILL learning things about him and learning I never did really know him!! Married DH 5 mos and one day after our blind date. August 19th will be 22 years!

DITTO!!! I use Dr. Terry Kelly in that group and he is beyond wonderful!! I've seen quite a few OB GYN doctor's in my lifetime but I've never been to one who makes me feel so comfortable. I was referred to him by a friend and have referred several friends to him. Everyone who has ever seen him loves him too.

VERY TRUE!!! Hugh Hefner being 80+ and engaged to a 25 yr old was rather odd, but.....she WAS a consenting adult and made that decision.....and the one to call off the wedding on her own. This 16 yr old is a child and it appears is being manipulated by her parents who have their own agenda.

When I worked for DHR in Alabama I was the worker who licensed home day cares. It was a HUGE responsibility and one I took seriously. The lives of children were at stake. When we moved to Georgia I was told home day cares were not licensed. I could not understand how I was expected to leave my 5 yr old son with someone who had not been checked out or continuously checked on???? Day care centers are different. There is a HUGE lawsuit that will be filed within days. It will not bring that baby back but it will happen. This center was was cited in October for not doing the appropriate paperwo

NOPE. Sadie is going and another friend who is 30ish posted on her FB page that she is going with several girlfriends. My daughter went to see them 20 yrs ago when she was 10.

She sure doesn't look like any 16 yr old I've ever seen. I don't believe her Mom when she says the lips (and breasts) are real!! And, I agree with the ladies on The View this AM. Oh YES~LOVED those. Especially when we would all go to the City pool (long before ppl had swimming pools in their yard ) and to keep them from melting they would be put in the freezer in the concession stand. I also enjoyed "corn curls" that were today's Cheetos. But they had a much different taste - I miss them!

I agree with everyone about the prices are going up everywhere. Simple things I've noticed. For at least a couple of years I've paid $.99 for sour cream at Kroger and now that same carton is $1.25. I've noticed an increase on several items that I purchase regularly. But, I disagree that it is not Wal-Mart's intent to drive the little man out of business. It IS their intent and the managers will even say so. They will have pep rally's with this as the theme. Golden Corral in Douglasville has a really good breakfast buffet. Or course your idea of Cracker Barrel is always a fav with our family.

DH hasn't gotten his yet but he is getting two Alabama hats - one is by Taylormade and the other is a 2011 Titleist. He got a Titleist two years ago and absolutely has worn it out. I didn't realize they come out with a new style each year. He wears a hat every day and loves to play golf and loves UofA. So....I think I did a great job.

Actually the mom left her 3 week old with another lady and that is the person who left the baby in the care of the blind guy. She was on meth and supposedly the mom was too. The poor blind guy couldn't even find the baby in the motel room!!!! Fortunately the baby is in the care of DFCS now.
