  7. Yes, everything went fine. It wasn't nearly as bad as I had feared but I won't know anything until I see the doctor in a couple of weeks. Bless Charlie's heart. He's been through so much with his feet. I hope the pain isn't as bad as predicted.
  8. Like comparing apples to oranges - NO WHERE NEAR! (To each their own)
  9. Captain D's We got some coupons in the mail and they had a Shrimp Trio plate that looked good. I seldom want it but thought I'd give it a try since DH enjoys it from time to time.
  10. It is a small world - I was at Barrett Surgery Center this AM to have a test done and while talking to the receptionist heard someone say, "Hey Karen". I turned around and there stood CA and Charlie. I am glad to know everything went well and will continue to pray for them.
  11. I don't listen to the radio anymore but this AM enroute to get a procedure done at Cobb Hosp. I heard Cadillac talking about this and they were going to talk to Helen (?) at 8:15. He said they will re-air the interview on Monday at 7:15 for those who were at work this morning and unable to hear it.
  12. Charlie and Darlene will be in my prayers. I knew he had been having problems with the other foot and I am sorry to hear he is having to go through another surgery.
  13. Praying for your family. Keep your chin up - it is easier to see Heaven that way.
  14. NEAT - I've heard of it happening but never seen it or in a photo. Thanks for sharing.
  15. I do not have a clear cut favorite but do think the girls are turning out to be much stronger than the guys. That is a good thing as I cannot see the producers letting a guy win for the 3rd straight year. I voted for: Crystal Bowersox, Lilly Scott and Siobhan Mangus. I really like Crystal and it is obvious she is the judges favorite. She is talented but so are Lilly and Siobhan. Oh what pipes Siobhan has!!
  16. How Sad!! Sounds like he was a wonderful person with many loving friends. My prayers will be with his wife and children. That is a loving tribute his wife wrote.
  17. I AGREE!!! Great casting in a great movie.
  18. It is good - or at least I think so. Here is a thread I started on Feb. 24th that has a link to their menu. It does not have the veggies listed as they change somewhat each day. You will see in the thread some people were not a fan, but you can check it out. http://paulding.com/forum/index.php?/topic/237612-a-great-place-to-eat/page__p__3083021__fromsearch__1entry3083021 DH wanted to wait and go to West Cobb Diner when we could go and sit down. I was wanting a salad (they have a good wedge salad at WCD) so we are having Zaxby's and I will have their salad with the sesame seed dressing
  19. YUKKKKKK!!!!!!!! I have often wondered who would donate used underwear - and especially WHO would buy it - when I have seen it at Goodwill and other thrift stores. But, to purchase "new" underwear and it not be is unbelievable.
  20. It would be great if they would do a follow-up.
