Has anyone heard of CoFED (Cooperative Food Empowerment Directive)? I got something in the mail about it. It's interesting and sounds like a great idea. One example is a student, Jeff Genauer in New Mexico who lives in a poor agricultural community of 10,000. The town had 22 fast food chains and no healthy food. Did anyone else read the articles at the link lowrider posted that describe the lives of others who had been kidnapped and held---and then their lives afterwards?

I wonder if they have any current symptoms from trauma, for example Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?
