Yes, I used it and it cleans up with soap and water. Crackles are not tiny. I used blue paint under cream. The glass is broken.

Metformin is FREE at publix. You should still be able to have carbs, just low-glycemic carbs like beans and such. If the carb is high-fiber then you can have it in moderation. As was stated above, GOOGLE is your friend!
