  1. If he knows anything about his engine, this is a relatively easy fix. You don't need to spray anything around anything. Find the fuel rail that supplies fuel to the injectors. Somewhere on the fuel rail, generally at one end, is the fuel pressure regulator. It's usually round and has a vacuum diaphragm on it. To it, there is a vacuum hose attached. That hose has either come loose or has a hole in it. I will connect over to the intake manifold. Find out what size hose it is and replace it. The reason it's throwing a code is because the fuel pressure is staying the same
  2. What's wrong with that picture? Easy. Who in the hell eats a Porterhouse with Lobster???? Porterhouse is a junk cut of meat. Lobster is for filet mignon or at the very least top sirloin!! But seriously, yeah, welcome to the world where the hard working people are punished and the lazy and undeserving get rewarded.
  3. Renn Fest is on through this upcoming weekend. 85S to exit 61, take right and 2 miles down on right.
  4. Depends on the species of bat... Vampire bats hunt only in full darkness. Fruit and insectivorous bats eat/hunt during the dusk hours. While bats certainly can carry rabies, it's actually pretty rare that they do. Less than 1% of bats carry rabies. The most common to carry rabies is the vampire bat, simply because it feeds on the blood of mammals. The majority of bats you see around here are fruit and insectivorous bats which rarely carry the rabies virus, for obvious reasons. Bats are VERY beneficial creatures and eat thousands of pounds of insects each night.
  5. They can't start foreclosure... they don't hold the note to the property. As others stated, all they can do is file for a lien on the property. When the property owner tries to sell it, he'll have to answer to the lien before it can be sold. He'll either have to pay the back fee's and interest charges to have the lien removed or fight it in court.
  6. Don't know on that specific boat, but on most outboards, the pump is part of the piston ram assembly. It's all one unit and attached to the transom bracket. If it's all one assembly, you'll have to take it apart to replace/repair any gaskets, o-rings, or check valves.
  7. 146 is the K-9 unit and Chico has been retired. The K-9 is "Major."
  8. Not entirely true, but somewhat. **SOME** "premium" newer vehicles can run on regular grade gasoline due to their computer controlled, independent cylinder monitoring and timing. Not all newer vehicles do this and if they don't, running regular gasoline can be harmful... it can easily cause pinging (detonation) which can cause damage. In vehicles that do have the ability to monitor and control timing independently on each cylinder the only detriment is power loss through retarded timing to stop the detonation. With that said, many people have a notion that premium fuel is *better*
  9. Hate to break it to you, but that is indeed an IHOP.
  10. Just was weird... I've shot slingshots all my life. I wanted a second one to keep on my 4 wheeler for when I'm hunting or just out in the woods. I went to Wal-Mart and got a wrist rocket and 2 extra pouch/bands for it. When I went to the self checkout and scanned the slingshot, it scanned fine and told me to put it in my bag. When I scanned the replacement pouch/bands, it put the transaction on hold for a rep to check my ID. I can buy the slingshot, ready to shoot, but I need an ID to buy replacement pouch/slings.
  11. Just an FYI for all of you who are saying it's private property and the police can't do anything. That is totally wrong. Police/Sheriff CAN absolutely enforce handicapped parking on private property. TITLE 40. MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC CHAPTER 6. UNIFORM RULES OF THE ROAD ARTICLE 10. STOPPING, STANDING, AND PARKING PART 2. PARKING FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES § 40-6-227. Application to both public and private property The provisions of this part are applicable to both public and private property; and all law enforcement officers of this state and its politic
  12. Normally, I agree with you.... However, the is really a gross mis-use of tax payer funds, ESPECIALLY when the county is supposedly 1 millions dollars in the red again this year. County employee's haven't had cost of living increase or merit raises in 3+ years, many were laid off (some deserved, some not), and there's money that is needed by public service agencies, that they aren't getting... But yet, the county has funds to build, staff, and maintain a new park and provide free Easter egg hunts to citizens. Some people are barely able to pay their taxes and are worried sick a
  13. When it's trimmed all the way up and slowly leaks back down, you have one of two things wrong.... Either the check valve in the pump is bad or it has a seal leaking. It's most likely a bad check valve.
  14. One thing I am against is censorship, even in television. I'm the type that believes, if you don't want to see or hear it, turn the channel. With that said, the part in red is people watching too much tv. I'm not going to say threats don't happen or life threatening situations don't happen, but in reality, they are rare... but they are so dramatized on tv, people believe it. I think a lot of the problems with people being afraid stem from what they see in fiction. I also think that a large portion of the population is too stupid to know the difference. Our society has grown to no
  15. I have no problems turning someone in who is breaking the law or doing something unethical. It's not only the right thing to do, it's everyone's civic duty. One of the problems this country has is that people, by and large, just sit by and watch corruption. Very few people want to put a voice out and expose the corruption. If more people did, many problems we have in society would be lessened. Would I turn someone in for corruption? Absolutely. However, I will make sure all my bases are covered and the info I have is accurate to the best of my knowledge/ability. Accusing someone
  16. Uh...he said Last time I checked 1,500,000.00 was MORE THAN 1,250,000.00
  17. Do you know what freon it takes? If it's R-22 just about any HVAC company should be able to service it. It's it's R-12, which was mostly automotive use, it will be VERY expensive and probably extremely hard to find. Many of those little coolers, like small refrigerators do not even have service ports on them.
  18. Not sure where you heard that, but that is not true.

    HELP!

If the Sheriff's department is called, you sign a waiver saying you authorize them to do it and that you don't hold them accountable if damage occurs. There is no liability for them.
  20. No, they can't. As markdvd pointed out, even if you say "yes" to request another transaction, it will ask for the PIN number again. It won't just give you another transaction without re-authenticating. But regardless, it's better to be safe than sorry and make sure you close all opportunities for dishonest people.
  21. Umm... No, I'm not firing someone BECAUSE of their religious beliefs. I'm firing someone because of insubordination. The law says I cannot discriminate based on race, creed, sex or national origin. If I own a business and I request that my employees wear santa hats and a Jewish person (in faith) says he's not going too, then I can fire him. I am NOT discriminating. If it were discrimination, I would be making HIM do something that I am not requesting of my other employees who perform the same job for the same pay. If I were to say, "You are going to wear this hat bec
  22. Are you REALLY using Wikipedia as your reference? Bahahahahaha! Come on, really, is that all you could come up with? You got your ass handed to you in the last topic and now you want to try for this? The History channel did an article on this just a couple of weeks ago. The talked of Halloween and Christmas, along with the symbols associated with them and their origin. What I wrote was a basic synopsis of fact... again, unlike you who has nothing but Wikipedia? Bahahahhahahaha!
  23. It makes no difference how a person does their job or how essential it is to the job, if I am the employer, I am permitted to make a request of my employees to wear banana outfits, if I wish too. It's MY business and they work for me. If I were to fire someone for not wearing a santa hat, I would be well within my right to do so. I have I not violated any law and Georgia is a right to work state. I can hire and fire, without reason, anyone I choose.
  24. Where are you guys hearing that the mom of the bully is wanting an applogy and the mom is pissed because of the broken ankle? There is another video, you can find it on YouTube, where they are interviewing the mom and she says flat out that her kid got what he deserved. The mom stated that she is worried about the welfare of her kid because he's now known as a bully, worldwide. She is worried people will start bullying him for what he did to the other kid. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76bj74rlo5E
