Yes it does. And even if you avoid arrest at the scene by claiming self defense, you will still have to be cleared by the investigation. And even with that you apparantly will have to be cleared by JJ AND AS et al if you are white and THEY think it was racially motivated. Because it is quite apparant now that no matter what the investigation finds here, Zimmerman is a dead man if he goes out in public.

The report has been given to you already. It gives details about Zimmerman being bloody wet and having grass stains on the back of his shirt. The witness interviewed that saw part of the altercation supports Zimmerman's account. So unless Zimmerman beat himself up or had the witness do it and they are both lying then the evidence at the scene supports what has been given by the police. Where is ANY of your evidence that disproves it? That's right. At this point THERE ISNT ANY. All you have on your side is what you WANT to believe and a dead black youth.

There IS evidence to support the fact that he had stopped following Martin and was returning to his vehicle but you refuse to acknowledge it. If that is the case would you say that he had indeed followed the advice of the dispatcher? And if he was assaulted by Martin at that point what do you think? I was an LEO for three years before moving to the FD. I do have training, experience and first hand knowledge of what takes place in a fight/shooting from all aspects. What it means GB is that the police do not want to take responsibility for any injury you might incur whole following the Guy.

You guys can not believe what you think you do not see in the video. Let me ask you guys a very simple question. If Zimmerman had not been hit in the face and been bloodied, bleeding and had ( as reported later) a broken nose. Then why would the LEO put it in the report?!? So with the assumption that Martin did punch Zimmerman in the face and knock him to the ground. That Zimmerman WAS headed back to his vehicle. That Martin DID make first physical contact. What really bothers me here is the total lack of understanding about what WAS IN THE POLICE REPORT. The police report had the officers description of Zimmerman and his injuries. It also has a witness statement that is inline with Zimmerman's. All indications from the facts released this far support Zimmerman. sorry, but my job includes going out there and tending to the victims that have been assaulted by these kinds of folks. That includes stopping the bleeding and cleaning the blood off of them where practical. So If I went out there to protest then who would fix them up? We all have our jobs and skills. No... You have a witnessed that saw Martin hitting and banging Zimmerman's head into the sidewalk. He then says he told Martin to Stop and that he was calling 911. He went to make the call, missed the actual shooting part and came back out to see Martin on the ground apparantly dead. Let's try to keep the information accurate and not leave out details or add other details that do not have a basis in fact. That is unless we are talking about 2 different witnesses.

Nor do we know that Zimmerman "grabbed Martin and then shot him or even ran up to him and put a gun to his chest and fired". But we have witnesses that affirmed details that would back Zimmerman and not the other side.

While "racial profiling" may be looked at as bad for the law enforcement community, there is no law ordinance or anything that prohibits a PRIVATE citizen from doing it. They are under NP obligation to be PC at all.
