3 years PD & 13 years FD I did some work for a lady that was actually smart about the kids play area. She had a slab house. She took what would have been the office / den room on the main floor and took all the flooring up leaving the concrete slab. No fuss no muss, clean at will with any all purpose cleaner.

You folks would not believe the homes that I have been in. Dog / cat poop all over the floors and walls. Junk everywhere. Sometimes you have to walk a trail through the home. Food everywhere. I do know that this IS A BIG ISSUE in court. The "produce the note" ploy will ussually stop a foreclosure dead in its' tracks. Until the bank / Mort. Co. can produce a legal copy of the note, They have no legal legs to stand on. They do not have proof at all that these folks actually do owe them a debt.

Yep I get what you are saying. But I have some issues here. Did the bank get money in the bailout? Was that money supposed to go to help with cases just like this. Were there new laws, programs put into place to help folks like this? Did the couple try really hard to fix things with the bank? Little Dis jr. has been diagnosed with ADHD & ODD. I will tell you it is no cop out or lazines on our part. I was raised by 2 German parents.
