Please elaborate on adequate. See my above calculation and show me where I erred. These folks are saying 15% is inadequate. I have shown it to be more than adequate. I didn't get % on pizza delivery and was quite lucky to get more than a buck or 2.

To all of you that are grousing about "weak" tips in the 10 - 15% range and that those people should stay "away" until they can better tip, I ask this... Are your stores THAT busy and you are losing good tippers because of wait times? And I do not mean a store that can only run half capacity due to lack of scheduled servers. I go out of my way to tip good servers. Seldom have problems that are not corrected well enough. I delivered pizza years ago so I get tipping. I had a regular that NEVER tipped. I would draw that delivery, recognize it and already have the change down to the penny in my hand. Not too hard to predict the bills that will likely be given. Anyway as son as they paid I gave them the change without even looking. They never got the hint.

Pubby I always look to the most fair and equitable solutions. I will never support insurance companies who make obscene profits but I guess I can support most of them because they are only making about 2.5% margins.
