From what I heard about this, it appears there was a translator that erred in translating a question.

Well the site is back up, good news. The bad news is that you can no longer view the specifics of any of the past years. wonder why they did that?
-
Wow can you say I just saw the picture today. I never said it was a breaking news story. Ya know kinda like the helicopter painted to look like an eagle. That post kinda missed all around the facts, but it was still a neat picture.

Thank you much but it does not work

I need to know when it starts. The Schools link still has the 08 - 09 calender. Is it still the 17th aug.? and are the kids off on oct. 16?

I can think of 2 or 3 folks that are going to be in a wee bit of trouble.

I promise... Dis jr. had nothing to do with this. The USS Port Royal aground on a coral reef outside of Pearl Harbor.

From a nonsmoking, 5' 09" 168 lb. 40 something male, I'll put in my 2 cents worth. I view the healthcare system something like the auto insurance. If you are a truly bad risk then you need to go into a SR-22 type program where you can not be turned down but you will be charged higher rates. Since I work hard and stay fit, why should I not get a reduction off the standard rates. I get one for safe driving, no tickets, defensive driver courses. I agree with the thought of making those that use the system more often pay a little more. Who said they had to be penalized. Let's reward those who liv -

Where did you get that picture of JO JO? I know where thata avatar came from.... -
I had to work my wife's car wreck 1 time and impound her car in another wreck.

I do not know of any Hazardous materials within the tv. I do know that the main power capacitor will shock the crap out of you if it has not been discharged. There have been people electrocuted by them when an inexperienced person went poking around in the tv.

I know I use it regular. They look at my license (which has a Douglasville address and zip) and always say the same thing "you know we charge outy of county residents extra, right?" and then I get my card, dump my debris and generally pay $15. Sometimes more, but I rarely have that much stuff. Your neighbor got lucky.
-
You would think that simply by the % That answered that way. No one else hase commited either way. So we are still at just over 1 in 5.
-
3 actually. That makes it 21.43%. Better than 1 out of every 5. But it seems you just want to cut them a pass. If I said that would you just cut me a pass.
-
Why not? Some in my healthcare poll do not believe that the government should give insurance benefits to employees. Just so you know, I do not agree with that concept. I am just pointing it out to you.
-
Now that... I can agree with!! Political forum here we come...

But they charge nonresidents extra. Minimum of $15.

My home is still worth more than I paid. I also have more than that in equity thank you. Those were general observations and questions. the do not pertain to me. Just the fact that Winchester seems to believe that the housing market has recovered due only to the fact that some homes are selling.

I lived in the SW corner of Cobb ( the next county East of Paulding) for 10 years and the SE corner of Paulding for 7 years. It is very convenient to many things. As such it has its' share of a bad element. I like the area. The way it has been trending I would have some concerns. With the current market I just do not know where it will trend. I feel fairly safe in and around the area. I did have my bike stolen off my driveway a couple of months ago. All my neighbors are wonderful people and I enjoy living here right now. Powder Springs used to be like this area but has changed greatly. 2 night

So You are happy that the banks are taking a bath losing 50 to 100 k on each home you sell? So if any product is reduced to 50 to 70 percent of the last years price do you not expect some movement in the product. What do you think it will do to the value of other like products. What about people that are still payin on their products with loans, oh, about 50 to 100 k more on those products. I see where you can be doing business. The problem is, that is not a recovery. It is people getting a great buy of someone else's grave misfortune. How many builder's are building new homes in the same area

Should have just burned it off in Jan. Wonder how they would have liked that? But your grass would be very green and pretty as soon as it went active again.

Who is buying the houses? Families or investors? What was the contract price verses the appraised price 1 or 1.5 years ago? Those are the answers I am interested in.

I got my yearly notice in the mail today. So for fun I sat down to see how much money I am being forced to throw away. So I went back to the VERY begining of my career. I figured how much my average monthly TAXABLE earnings were and converted that to an average amount of social security paid each month. Now, without much arguement about my choice of interest rates please, I chose to use 12% per year. It has the benefit of being less than the historic stock market gains of 15% and works easily for calculations. $$$ X 1.01 for monthly compounded interest. So without going into all of the boring

Most newer riding mowers have lights on them. Was he using that? I cut 3 yards after 12 today. I was really beginning to get hot. DW had me delivering our grill to her bank this morning so they could cook hotdogs for their customers. That is why I got a late start. But the hotdogs were good. I would much rather have cut grass while it was cooler.
