Yep, and your policy canceled too. Allstate dropped me at renewal after I mentioned we had a trampoline in a conversation about coverage. I had to remove it and sign a letter stating that I would not put it back just to reinstate my policy. And to the OP I have a question. To be frank, it is the duty of the HOMEOWNER to maintain the property. That includes any developing hazzards. Why would you expect the insurance to cover something that has not happened yet? It is their job to get things back to normal after an incident not to keep the the property pristine. Would you expect them to pai

My experience with them is that they would much rather possibly pay big bucks later rather than small bucks consistantly before a claim is filed. ie. you have a sick 100 year old Oak. It is going to die and fall. I WILL fall on your house if it falls. They will NOT pay to cut it down. They would rather pay if / when it falls.

I assume you are talking about Social Security benefits. Those are Federal individual support funds. Not to be insulting or the like, but better described as welfare for the elderly. A retirement fund can not be arbitrarily reduced or withdrawn. A pension fund is a finacial support payment given by an exemployer following retirement. Although there is a possibility of loss or reduction should the employer go bust. Legalities will be put forth to protect these funds. They may however be turned over to the Federal government's retirement garuntee fund. That is the whole problem with Social

The steeper the lay the stonger my suggeston for a hard ground cover and mulch. It has the added benefit of hiding a lot of wash outs.

It's been awhile since I did fence work. But this will be close. A 6' stick built dog eared plank privacy fence with 4 X 4 posts set with concrete and triple 2 X 4 rails will run about $11 - 12 dollars per linear foot installed or about $4 - 5 per linear foot for materials. A 4' high chainlink will run about $3.50 per linear ft installed or about $2 - 2.50 a linear ft for materials. As with all projects design and material choice will greatly affect cost. My privacy fence was aboout 660 linear feet and about $2400. That is with gates. I did get my boards for .89 cents too. Average now is aroun

CT how steep is the bank? And what are the dimensions. Bermuda is the most durable and fastest growing. It also is quite dense. You need something with a lot of roots I would presume. Fescue is clumpy. It is very difficult to get the coverage you will need in that area. Centipede is similar to Bermuda in that it "creeps" and makes a nice root net. The draw backs are the expense and the slow growth. Are you just wanting to cover it or keep it from washing out. My personal choice for ground cover in these areas is the Juniper. It is a ground cover not a grass. You can stick with a low heith vari

Hmmmm. This is an interesting concept. I wonder if it has ever been tried in another form somewhere else? And my answer is No as well. -
Ok, ya got me. How do the lights work? Do you have to unwind the cord every so often and start over?

Been there, done that. Before they tore the ones down that were where Target on 41 north is now.

My dad always said "locks only keep the honest people honest". If there is something in your vehicle they want, they will get it. Do yourself a a favor and remove all valuables. You would not beleive how many arguements SW and I have had about her leaving her purse in the vehicle outside all night.

There is a large black male dog on the corner of Hendrix Rd and Austin Bridge / Paradise Point. He appears to be some form of lab mix but shaggy. I can assure you that he does not belong there. He is tied to a yard stake with a red vinyl covered line. The stake was pulled out of the ground and he is now caught up in the for sale sign and some bushes. I will be calling animal control to pick him up. I do not want to just untangle him and let him go because he will just get tangled somewhere else. Thank you.
