We are 28K ahead of Drew... they would need 58 votes per minutes to catch up to where we are now. I'll be checking when I get up to get the final counts and see the winner. 7:30am - PCHS is ahead by 22K votes. Lots of voting last night to pull ahead by that many. I agree- a lot of the kids were planning to vote all day Friday (no school), but the voting ends Friday morning at 8:00am. I think a lot of our kids will be up all night.

My 20 year old had almost the same thing 2 weeks ago, but also had some black outs and chest pain too. She ended up in the ER, and then had MRIs done. Only thing they could find was a major sinus infection. After doing some research, this is not common but does happen. I don't have allergies, and had never heard of this before. They gave her some meds, and now she has benn fine for the past week. Good luck!

I've taken my Girl Scouts there twice and they love it. We've gone to and enjoyed: Dixie Stampede (dinner show), Wonder Works, multiple mini golfs, Cades Cove (beautiful), Parrot Mountain and many others. There is so much to do, but much of it is attraction stuff that costs a lot for not much. We tend to do more in Pigeon Forge, and stay in the KOA Kabins there.

I did 2 years ago. Took my graduating Girl Scouts. They did the dolphin encounter, and really enjoyed it. There were a lot of people, but the girls enjoyed it. We booked it separately for about half the price. I think it was $95 for the girls, and $25 for the "observers". You can also stay and have lunch there, but we took the boat back to the ship to eat lunch and then go to the straw market.

True. My daughter does not have any books to bring home. They only have classroom sets. Not sure about all schools/classes.

Our board passes 2 years at a time. The community was asked for input last month. My understanding is that they will discuss and narrow down to 3 calendars in January, and then vote on the final at the February board meeting.

Neighborhood Watch (Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn movie likely to be released next fall) has been filming around the area. They will be filming in Marietta Square this Friday-Sunday.

I really hope the person does the right thing and turns it in. Do you have the serial number (or can get it from the store where you bought it) that you can send around to music and pawn stores? Watch Craigslist and ebay.

South Miami Hospital, Florida

We have a vacation scheduled for that week. Planned it after they revised the schedule. We're glad to have it. First vacation in many years. Hope everyone finds something fun to do, whether it's at home or away.

We are looking to go there too, and Riverview Hotel was recommended to us. They are across from the ferry terminal. They have lots of info about the area on their website.
