From the link you posted: The guidance prompted Lockheed Martin — which had previously threatened to send out notices of potential layoffs to all of its 123,000 employees — to say Monday it would not send notices this year under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act. Since they employ 123,000 people, they will not lay off 123,000 people.

It wouldn't surprise me either. We ate there once.

Not necessarily. I've seen several nice older neighborhoods that are very well maintained. Some HOA's go over the top. Our fees are $175 a year. There is no pool or clubhouse, just someone that mows the entrance of the neighborhood every 6-8 weeks. Hmmm, $175.00 a year times 195 houses, I don't think so.

I'm confused. The owner said the mirror was here. Did he remove it (if so why), or is he saying the mirror was here but the former tenants took it. If the former tenant took the mirror down, why didn't they take all of the drugs with them
