Coconut. It doesn't seem to matter what time of year it is, a fluffy mound of whipped frosting covered in coconut can be applied to any baked good and I'd eat it all in seconds. And coconut is a good spring flavor. You should think about making pina colada cupcakes. Or key lime with coconut. YUM YUM YUM. I love that you guys are doing so well. I wish I got to your part of the county more often. Keep up the good work.

Looking forward to this production. I can't wait to see who all comes out to audition.

There's a Paulding Paranormal Society. They have a facebook page and I'm pretty sure several of their members are here. You might PM PsychoMom.

Agreed...BTW, y'all. I'm not the only good agent on this board. Shawna is as well. There's also Betty Sparti. I hope that between us, we manage to keep everyone here well educated.

Spoof? I don't know what you're talking about. Those tunnels are real.

Check the courthouse for a plat of your property. It should show the distance for the right of way.

The one thing I must put out there on my behalf as an agent, and not that I am accusing anyone of doing this, I NEVER EVER EVER show favor to a property because it advertises some incentive for my broker such as a bonus. I show homes my client's want to see or homes that I recommend based on what they tell me their needs are. I will never push, pressure, cajole or otherwise influence a client to view or write an offer on a home simply because it offers an incentive to the broker that is usually passed on to the agent. To do so, to me, is flat out wrong. On the other hand. A lot of sellers

Another Service From King Tux Rentals!
MarkPalm replied to King Tux Rentals's topic in Business NEWS
As a customer and a friend of Tom at King Tux, I can tell you his service is next to none. He is absolutely the best in his business. Go see him for all of your formal wear needs. -
Sometimes you have to shrink in order to grow. Hang in there. You'll pull through bigger and better.

I filled it out two weeks ago. I don't know if it was the long form or the short form. I haven't mailed it yet though. It's floating around in my truck somewhere.

Kelsi will be singing. I'll be croaking through whatever little country ditty I muster up. So come on out and support Kelsi. I'm her biggest fan.

Folks, you won't find better service or better quality than you will get at King Tux. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my formal wear needs.

I'm on way to Kroger once I leave the office to grab all the fixins for this meal, which we will be having tonight. Thanks for the tip. -
You need to have a real estate attorney review your documentation. I would recommend Amee Davis with Davis & Associates. She's in West Cobb near the Avenues and is the preferred attorney for my team. Call or PM me for contact info.

This sounds exactly like DirecTV

I'm not really sure how that differs from what I have now. I can already record two shows at once. As far as PIP...I couldn't do that. My attention span is way too short. LOL

Bravo to the entire cast and crew. You all were super last night.

I own one television and have one DVR box. My bill is now approaching $90/month. We have no premium channels. Although I did find out that I've been paying for Showtime for 8 months and didn't even realize I had it. I didn't ask for it, they gave it to me as a promotion for 3 months the last time I had a problem. That was their way of saying thanks. Some thanks. After the 3 months ended, they started billing me for it. I never even watched it. In fact it's blocked on my favorites list so I don't have to flip through all those blank channels. They would only give me 60 days worth of credit beca

6 years of loyalty and they treat me less than if I had never had service with them. Sending me to the retention department only to be told I could only qualify for $17 off for 6 months and $7 off for another 6 months when my bill has more than doubled in the last three years is a massive insult. Retention is a major over statement for this department. I just figured out I could save $300 if I switch to DISH. What to do?
