  1. Caroline...you want to sell your house so bad, why don't you list it?
  2. LPPT...let me know how I can help you with this.
  3. Star and Dru's...You should consider becoming an agent. You'd be great. Yodiggity...As for interviewing at least three agents. I could not agree more. We have several besides myself that are CM's here on Pcom...Shawna Hughes and Betty Sparti come to mind. Of course I would appreciate the opportunity for an interview as well. And there's been some good advice given here already. Just remember buying a home is a process, not an event and the process does not have to be daunting. Let me know how I can assist you.
  4. Thanks Lumak for that high praise. And yes yodiggity...you do need to apply for a loan so you know how much you qualify for. I specialize in the first time home buyer. I have broken the process down to 5 steps. Feel free to call me, yes even tonight if you want, and I'll be happy to discuss it with you. 770-324-6995 Yes, you are correct on most points. EXCEPT...the process doesn't have to be nerve racking. With the right professional guidance, the process is a breeze.
  5. This is a great idea LPPT and I bet a ton of people could benefit from this. WTG
  6. Neti Pot, at least three times a day. I also gargled with 1 Tbsp of Salt, 1 Tbsp of Cider Vinegar mixed in 8 oz. warm water. Gargle high and low in your throat. Then brush your teeth to get the acid off them. Knocked out my cold in three days.
  7. I typed the search terms "value of 1966 Fender Mustang" in Google and came up with loads of info. I took the range of prices I saw in several different forums from that search and then I search for "1966 Fender Mustang guitar" on ebay. The information from both places is consistent. Depending on condition it looks like that guitar sells from between $1,000 to $1,500.
  8. Welcome to Pcom...enjoy your stay.
  9. I will not do anything for less than $15/hour unless the work can be priced out with a flat fee.
  10. "Leavin' On Your Mind" - Patsy Cline
  11. I love that your posting the pics. I just wish I was there to help. Demo work is so therapeutic.
  12. Why? I live in the South. This conversation shouldn't even take place in the South.
  13. I wasn't jumping on you...merely explaining my position. Don't take offense. None was meant.
  14. Sad news. Our thoughts are with the family. As the son of a LEO, I appreciate this man's sacrifice.
  15. When you're income is 100% commission based, you get a little bent out of shape when the world stops for a holiday, a snow event, a flood, anything that keeps business as usual from being conducted.
  16. I've heard that all my life. And yes, it does appear to be true. That doesn't mean I have to like it.
  17. You and me both. I don't ever remember a winter in 33 years that has had one winter weather event after another and so far into the season. One maybe two events in a winter, but never anything like this. We've seen measurable snow at my house several times beginning December 5.
  18. It's all well deserved praise.
  19. I won't say what the reason is, because it's unimportant, what I want to point out is Southern Scarlett is a damn fine human being and someone needed to say it. Rarely do you find such character. I'm proud to know her.
  20. This was on the charts the week she died. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qc7t6gLXGGI And I should have said West Central TN. On the way to Memphis.
  21. Camden is in East Central Tennessee in Benton County. Ironically that's the site where Patsy Cline's plane crashed March 5, 1963. I've been there many times. That has nothing to do with your thread, so once again I've chimed in with a hijack.
  22. I'm sorry I just can't let this opportunity to go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uxoWto09Oyg
