Where do I go to get a copy of my property plot?
MarkPalm replied to bat0702's topic in RECENT TOPICS
That information is housed at the Health Department. For an actual plat/survey of your property, if it was recorded it will be housed in the deed room at the court house. If you're in a subdivision there will at least be a subdivision survey recorded when the lots were subdivided prior to building. If you've had a survey done or any previous owner had a survey done, it would have needed to be taken to the courthouse and filed by the person that ordered the survey. If that wasn't done, you're most likely to find only an engineers survey. But it will at least show your property dimensions and lo -

As a singer myself, I enjoy an interesting and different interpretation of a song. That said, I'm also a traditionalist. I think if a singer is using affected vocal tricks to take an ego trip then it's gratuitous. If a singer has studied the song, understands the lyrics and finds a way to relate the song to their own experiences it's fine by me if they embellish a melodic line or bend a note to assist in getting the message across. There are three singers that I think do this the best. The first is Patsy Cline (yes I'm biased), Tammy Wynette and Mandy Barnett. All of these women live the songs -
[small hijack]Mama used to always tell us we couldn't go barefoot outside until May. I still crack up about it because I used to wait and wait until May rolled around. Once May came I ditched those shoes and I never put them back on all summer except for "going off" some place. I rarely ever go barefoot outside since I've become an adult. I always have on at least sandals. Just another fond memory of youth. [/small hijack]

My Mom watched this show when I was a kid. I remember it well. When we were in PA visiting Jimmy's family for the holiday, I sat up one night and watched an episode with his Mom. I actually enjoyed it. Which surprised me. I don't normally go for the corny. I don't know if it was just the nostalgia, the season or simply spending some quiet time with just me and Jimmy's Mom, but I really did enjoy that episode I watched. It had John Ritter in it. And the weather was bad and no one could get home for Christmas Eve and a tree fell on the roof of the church where John Ritter preached. I mean corny,

I know a manager at a Papa's Johns that might be able to give you some hours. PM me if you're interested. Otherwise I'd be applying at every retailer and fast food joint I could find. Good luck man. And also, that new Waffle House just opened near you. Maybe they have some positions open. You know turn over is probably going to be high, especially at the beginning. -
In fact I do love Q-Tips. That's the only brand of cotton swab I'll use. There's more cotton at the tip.

You're only out to us. Stay away from the blue waffles. And congrats Chrissey. And I love waffles.

You want to try and stop a thief, report the crime. Don't add insult to your own negligence. Call the police and report the crime. You might be saving one of your neighbors from a more heinous crime. They took items from an unlocked car this time. The next time that might rape an old lady and steal her purse. Dude...call the cops.

Time, Time and a side order of Time worked for me. It's been nearly nearly eight years since I lost the one that tore me up. Two years of a good therapy helped me as well. Of course you have to go through this to find what else is waiting for you. Thankfully I found someone that doesn't even compare to the one that at the time I thought destroyed me. Now the other one is a distant memory and I'm so glad I went through it to get what I have now. I'd do it again just to get where I'm at today. Hang in there kiddo. You'll make it.

You could sign a quit claim deed. But you are still responsible for the loan. It's none of my business but I'm curious as to your reasoning for wanting to do this.

A Suggestion For Hosts, Hostesses and other Greeters

Honestly, I don't think they should say anything other than, "Welcome to _______ ." I'm capable of saying, "Thank you. A table for however many, please." And the thing that probably irritates me the most is that the server will clear plates before they bring a check. I would much rather have the server ask me if I'm ready for the check and if I say yes, give it to me and then wait while I retrieve my cash and or card. Don't put the little book down and then walk away. I hate that. I can hand you the bill and my method of payment and then you can either bring back the card and slip or my c -
I'm using chrome and dk. gray. To me it's the most pleasing color to my eyes. I prefer dark colors. I don't get notifications anymore, either with a number at the top of the page or in email. It's annoying, but I'm also not above refreshing my page and then clicking on the drop down box, frequently, to make sure I don't have any messages. It would be nice to get emails when I have a new message, but I'm not going freak out over it.

What does this error message mean? (See Below). Do you think I can still get the contents of the drive and purchase a new one to transfer to? If so, who can do it and how much? TIA

Oh yeah, Katie's got hair. LOL...I miss you guys too. One of these days we're going to have to have a reunion party. Speaking of hair, you should see mine. I'm growing it out and it's getting long...and curly. Oh, um, sorry, hijack, um I like the new all natural Sierra Mist Lemon Lime Soda, yeah, whew, back on topic. Don't want to be accused of being one of those regular Pcom hijackers.

Kel, this won't work for you, or Jimmy. You both have the same haircut.
