Yes, but our five are mentally challenged so maybe they aren't the best barometers. -
It's never Lupus.

Tornado Watch for Metro Atlanta until midnight

It's so windy out there now. I think I just saw LPPT go by a minute ago. Isn't this her? http://youtu.be/r4kiXh8YOzk -
Am I reading this correctly? Tonight at 7pm there's trivia at Jalepeno Joe's and the prize is $500k? I see the dates on this go back a couple of weeks. There has to be some kind of catch.

Mine too. I wasn't even driving my truck when it was wrecked. Someone else was behind the wheel. But I couldn't see spending the deductible to have front end repaired on a truck with that many miles. I don't guess anyone else cares that my truck is missing a front bumper. I sure don't. I am sorry though that some POS didn't even leave a note.

If it made you or your husband uncomfortable, why didn't you say anything?

I enjoy meeting Pcommers. But then I enjoy meeting people in general. Of course I would like to point out that you would have to stalk Lady Raider if you wanted to meet her. She could be standing two feet from you and never tell you. At least that's been my experience.

I caught a clip of him this morning on my way to the shower. I missed this post the other day or I would have watched for you. Also, I'm MAD MAD MAD that you go to see Sam up close and I didn't. Sam Champion is a dreamboat. (Yes you do see a pattern with me and male meteorologists)

I'm sending my best thoughts to you. You've always been so kind to me. Is there anything I can do for you? Do you need a house cleaned, meals cooked? Please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for working on it Pubby. I'm glad it's back up.

We drove by once. I was planning on going in. But I was turned off by the lingerie in the window. It just annoyed me. I'd rather there be nothing in the window. I don't know why it bothered me, except that I got the distinct impression men weren't welcome.

It's pretty killer and so is Jeanette. And Elwood.

NO WAY...not this agent. But again I only work with the most ethical professionals in the mortgage industry.

For once it didn't matter. He and his wife have become friends of mine and I'm so excited they were so excited. That's all that mattered to me in the end.

Thank you. I appreciate your vote of confidence and support of my business. And your friend wasn't wrong for the majority of his career. However, it is never a good idea to purchase more than you can afford monthly. Life changes for everyone and you never see it coming. I don't care how good your crystal ball is. I'll even put myself out there. I bought way below my means. My mortgage payment is less than $600 a month. That said, I chose to swap careers and get into real estate and only had 18 months of what I refer to as "the good times" before the market went tango uniform. That said, I've s

Thanks. It just hurts my body when those generalizations are thrown out there for all the world to read. It further reinforces the negative stereotype. We aren't all bad. I appreciate you clarifying your statements. What is written has the ability to impact a person's business, even indirectly.

I'm convinced the mod accounts can be used by and are multiple people. I don't know who was playing Aunt Bea a couple of days ago, but that person pissed me off so bad I considered leaving the site completely. I calmed down but I HATE IT when someone edits my words for me. I don't appreciate it when it looks like I said something I didn't. I would rather the post be deleted completely.

I have to take some exception to the blasting of Real Estate Salespeople. I understand there are those in my industry that would act unscrupulously and direct a client to a higher priced property or to one that has a Selling Broker Bonus. I will only defend myself though. I have never and will never engage in that type of sales tactic. I listen to my clients, find out there needs, and only show them homes they wish to see. At the end of the day the client is an adult and will make their own decision. I am not responsible for that decision. My business model is based on educating the client. I

I totally had Z Cavaricci overalls as recently as 1999. And yes I totally wore them.

I stage managed a production of "Waiting for Godot" about 11 years ago. In an exercise designed to help with the physical comedy of the actors we brought in a tai chi master for pre-rehearsal exercises. I participated and LOVED IT. It's very relaxing and a great workout.

I baked a chicken in the dutch oven tonight with green beans, smashed potatoes with garlic and green onions and beets for Jimmy. (I hate beets). Tomorrow I'm tossing a pork roast in the crock pot with barbecue sauce and it will be sandwiches for a couple of days.

I HATE SPAM (the digital variety) At least 27 times per day I'm told about a wonderful work at home opportunity where I can earn more per hour than an astronaut while I'm checking out hot singles in my area which invariably leads to increased penis size which guilts me into purchasing a bible for my kids which reminds me that I have no children hence leading to my depression but no real worry because there's a great new pill for that. I LOVE SPAM (the canned mystery meat)

At least Solo didn't steal your keys like she did mine.

I love it. I said to Jimmy, just yesterday while we were on the Comet Trail, the wisteria will be blooming soon. I guess my body just knows when the seasons change.
