I actually slept on one while in NY. I did not love it. I had not heard of it before and had to look it up. Reviews were very all over the place. I do know there is a store right in Atlanta you can go test one.

New Ag Commissioner, Gary Black, wants to remove
bellaprincess replied to NewsJunky's topic in RECENT TOPICS
How? (your suggestion) If GA farming used slaves then they used slaves. Has anyone stated it is offensive, or is it just "heading it off?" The painting have been there 50 years. Do they offend you? Why? What ignorant opinion of NewsJunky's are you writing about? (BTW...you can respond and remain nice) Surepip Good idea about the auctioning. At least if that is done and other painting are purchased it will not be with tax dollars. -
New Ag Commissioner, Gary Black, wants to remove
bellaprincess replied to NewsJunky's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Politically correct is the way of the politician. I personally think they should remain. If you are showing a depiction of agriculture in GA, why remove them? Is he going to pay to replace them with a now and the future of GA agriculture? (and by him I mean us) -

Man faces charges for reading wife's e-mail
bellaprincess replied to afriendlygeek's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I honestly do not believe this is going to go far. This was a married couple and a shared computer. Even if they do go through with it I think he will win and yes precedent will be set. Between a married couple and a shared computer, not Tom, Joe, or Harry down the street that does it to you. That is a huge difference. This should never have gone this far. It seems like a petty "get back at him" for her guilt. -
H&R Block Can't Offer Refund Loans This Year
bellaprincess replied to zoocrew's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Exactly, but I do not think everyone really understands that. Now I understand medical and real estate taxes could possibly get you more in a particular year, but using year end refunds as your way of saving? I just do not get that, but that is me. -
Man faces charges for reading wife's e-mail

No I understood. I still stand by if you are on a shared computer you should not expect to have complete privacy. Password or not, and we are not doing a what if, it was her husband, not ANYBODY. What about the questions I posted? You are assuming he did this maliciously or with ill intent. He could have logged in, went to go to his google account and hers popped up with password already entered. -
Isn't that where the oyster place was going to go into?

H&R Block Can't Offer Refund Loans This Year
bellaprincess replied to zoocrew's topic in RECENT TOPICS
People that get those type of loans will just switch to the one that can still give them. I personally can not see not waiting the one to two weeks on the refund and getting all my money. (when I actually get and do not pay ) -
Man faces charges for reading wife's e-mail

On a shared computer I would have no expectation of complete privacy, not at work or home. How did he get her password? Was it told to him? Do they have a master password on the computer? Do they use browsers that save the password? Just wondering about that. I do not think he should be charged at all. I really can not see this case actually being won by a prosecutor, not against a spouse. (at the time) -
I understand when remodeling/painting stuff like that gets in the way! One year we were remodeling so I was lucky to pick up a small tree after Christmas day. I let the kids decorate with dried fruits and a star and just left that one up. My oldest actually took that one to college this year.

Hopefully by next season you will be more in the spirit.

Sort of. I do not have the time to answer this completely, but the Christmas season continues until Epiphany. Nothing directed towards you, this is my upbringing, but when I see everything gone and down within days of Christmas I see commercialism, not the true reason for the season.
-
I was just coming to see if anyone knew. I saw quite a few posts from phones on FB about the outage. No reasons though.

Ah. I know many have traditions and honestly sometimes I want mine down, but that Catholic upbringing kicks in! LOL

The 12 Days of Christmas begin December 25. Old wives tale of bad luck?
-
We never would even consider taking ours down until after Jan 6. It is sad that people are taking them down.
-
Oh my! How cute!!!!!! I never knew they did that.
-
LOL. I am glad it is just not me. I thought somehow I filtered only to see Eddies posts! ha ha ha ha ha Merry Christmas eve to all of you!

According to Kuerig they have not come to stores yet. I called last week because I had only ordered one box that seemed to disappear as soon as it was opened!! )

I have both the Tassimo and Keurig B70. (Platinum Edition) Tassimo for someone that asked: Cost is about the same and it does have milk disks too, so a few "extra" types of coffee, but you can not brew your own and the coffee is really not that strong. (for me) The Keurig is a God send to me. I pay about 45cents a cup. (Unless I run out of kcups and have to purchase at the store then it runs just a big higher per cup) I do not like coffee that has been sitting in the pot. I like fresh coffee and this solved my throwing out coffee and making more issue! My model has 5 settings, incl

LOL. I have no idea when the Cyber Monday deals will release, but the Sansui was LED so I told her to get it.
-
My BFF just told me about a couple at BJ's. Sansui 19" LED/DVD Combo 199.00 Friday, Saturday, Sunday Online & Curtis 32" LCD DVD Combo $319 Wednesday - Monday Online. I don't know if you have a membership there, but it might make the purchase worthwhile to get one. (I am having her get me the 19" for my kitchen. I will love having the DVD player built in for there!)

Call and see if you can get a handicap room. I am not sure a wheelchair can even get in the door of a regular stateroom.
