Walhalla pasta with grilled chicken from Outback and Devil Dogs from Publix at Hwy 5. They're the only place around that had them and they haven't had them for years. -
Love LaBamba!! We've even gotten it takeout and loved it. Prices are very reasonable, staff is good. We pass the other one on Ridge Road to get there. It is nice to have some choices in this neck of the woods these days. My favorite is the fajita quesadillas....yummo!

Mine had to be one of the Herbie Lovebugs in the 70s! -
2.5 hours is usually a good 1 hour too long for me, but that movie was great and I didn't even look at my watch once. Very good story and the time flew. I cried too!!! I thought it was the best ending for a movie. I thought the ending was about 5 mins before that and was so surprised. It was such a delightful movie.

Rent a big stroller the second you get in the park. I think you can go to one of the stores in the front and tell them it's your child's b'day and they make a big deal out of it. Get fast passes for as many rides as you can. Bring your own water....frozen....it won't be for long, LOL and some fruit. It may be the only healthy thing you eat while you're there. Don't have expectations that you'll do everything. Shoot for a few rides you really want to get to and then enjoy getting to even more. Have expectations that even in the happiest place on earth there will be meltdowns....kids,

Check into a family pass. They are VERY reasonable and give discount tickets and free passes too I think. It's good for a family of 4 and then you can add people if you like. We had one for years. Then it's good for a whole year. My husband and son practically lived at the zoo when he was three and four.

What a tragedy. Our prayers are with the Grasons. What a beautiful, kind, sweet boy they raised. Will was loved by so many. We were blessed to be part of his Dugan and soccer family. Our hearts are broken for Mr. and Mrs. Grason and their family.

sent you a pm with my nomination. THANKS!!! -
Was Creekside that BBQ place with the stone front? That has has a few owners. This place at Brownsville and 92 is just a little neighborhood place that is great for takeout I think. The food was reasonable, tasted good and the people were real nice. I hope they make it.

Thanks. The first time I looked it didn't say who edited it.

We tried Wings & Thingz today. It's where that Love's Seafood place was at Brownsville Crossing across from the new Food Lion. Anyway, everyone enjoyed their meals. We ordered a burger, quesadilla (steak) which was really good, and wings. It's just a small place, probably good for take out, but we dined in. We enjoyed the food and would definitely go back. It was also very inexpensive.

My daughter's 5th grade class is celebrating it tomorrow. She's bringing in pepperoni, cheerios, and bagels and dressing up in polkadots all over, LOL! Sounds like it's going to be a fun learning day.

That's so sad that people feel the need to destroy things that belong to other people. I had to chuckle though thinking about the 911 call, "My snowman just mugged."

I agree with all the MARTA ideas, but have another. Any chance you can get a cheap flight home and avoid the cost of the rental which might be more than the flight?
