LPPT, I have started using both regular sea salt and garlic sea salt in my foods these days. I never used to add any kind of salt to anything, but I found that I really like these. Really brings out the taste.

I have a couple of questions about the Dallas Christmas Parade this year. A friend of mine is wanting to get in this year and he wants to know who to contact about it. Is it still Elrod's Nursery or someone else? Is Pcom going to do a float again this year and does anyone know the exact date of the parade?

I was up at 5am to get my DD to school by 6:30am. She is going to work at the Blue Angels show today. I am working almost a full day today. Then I have lots of things on the "to do" list this afternoon. Tomorrow, we have to be at Dobbins AFB before 7:30am and work a full day out there. I am looking forward to it.

I have 2 funny stories to tell now. When I was growing up in Indiana, I had some friends that were twins. One afternoon, one of them went missing. You know what I do to really piss them off? I drive at a speed that is considered safe and legal. By doing that, I take all their power away and they don't get to give me a ticket. See how that works? To me it's pretty simple. Don't speed and then they can't write you a ticket and take your money. Thanks to all LE for all you do!!

EXACTLY!!! Do you notice almost every one in the cars around you are like zombies that early? The speed limit drops to 45 at the Mexican Rest., but goes back up to 55 right there at IHOP. Nobody realizes it and half the time many of the cars are going 40. I can finally break free of them close to the movie theater, and can usually cruise on in going 60-65. At times I have to speed up a little to be able to get around a big truck safely and be ready to turn off at Florence, but I don't go much faster, and it's only so I can get over.

I usually go about 9 over the speed limit. That usually means going with the flow of traffic. This person flies and gets stuck behind people who are obeying the limit, and runs all over them and cuts people off. How I get stuck riding with them every morning, I don't know. It's only been this week, but it's been EVERY day this week. Might even be a pcommer. Maybe I should pull a CC or jlh and pull out my camera tomorrow morning.

I wish they would get the black Lexus with the personalized Atlanta Braves tag that I end up beside or in front of every morning on 278 from Hiram to Powder Springs. That person rides everyones butt and weaves in and out of traffic. I am always going at least 65 and usually pushing 70, and this person doesn't think it's fast enough. Hey Short and Sassy, can you have your hubby sitting there in the morning waiting for him/her? I would greatly appreciate it. Oh I have no doubts they were buying for others. It was breakfast, so that usually costs less. I figure for that money they had little kids waiting at home, or were car-pooling to work and picking up for co-workers. I don't regret doing it. I just can't afford for that to happen again.

I was in the drive thru at Burger King one day and looked back and saw 2 ladies in a car. I decided to do the random act of kindness and pay for their breakfast. The guy then told me it $21. I still did it, but I haven't done it again since.
