Yeah. A "level playing field" means that there aren't outside influences impeding growth of one industry at the expense of others. Energy as an example: Hydro, fossil, petroleum, nuclear, solar, wind, tide water, pine logs...whatever. When the Feds/EPA start throwing regs into the mix, competing in what should be private industry, the public loses. Does a $750 million "investment" in Solyndra ring a bell?

I need to find someone to paint and clear coat a front fender and a rear bumper cover, I have the new, primered pieces. My son works in a RV dealership and the in-house body guy was going to paint them and install them for me. So, they sat there for almost 2 months without being touched. Anybody know of a small independent shop around that would like some work?

You might want to start looking close to the foundation, right where the water line comes into the house. We had a leak where the pipe came through the concrete. A little settling of the backfill caused a shear effect and poked a hole into the pipe.
