Excuse the obvious pun...but, the "right to protest" has been Trumped by employment rules. Unless you were working for Pubby or TBAR, I'm pretty sure that any employer would restrict an employee from wearing a "Hammer and Sickle" tee shirt or having a Confederate flag on their desk. For the most part, what an employee does on their off time is their own business. But, when you are on the clock, or in uniform....he who signs the paycheck dictates behavior.
