The single most useless agency in all of the universe of government. Name me one other enforcement agency that will only enforce a law when a complaint is filed. They will drive by an obvious violation 10 times a day and ignore it. And will only accept a complaint if you fill out a form in person, and if they decide to act on your complaint, the slug in the Magistrate's office will likely dismiss the complaint, anyway. Been there, done that.

In one news conference I watched, the US atty for that area was speaking, and she said she would be prosecuting the case. I don't think the big bro was a US citizen, so the younger one can be charged with conspiracy with a foreign national to commit an act of terrorism. So that, I think, gives the case to the Feds. Not that MA would want it, what with the expense of trying such a case.

I use Facebook to keep up with my childhood friends and my hobbies and family, etc. I like P.com for the local news and happenings. It has been pretty peaceful the past few weeks since a certain poster has either died, given up his moronic posting compulsions, been banned, or is in rehab from his Drambuie addiction. I'm hoping for the banned.
