There was a used car dealer on the property next to where I had my glass shop. He was doing the same thing, except that he was floor-planning the same car with several different banks using duplicate titles. The last time I looked, he had over 30 felony fraud charges. He was buying cars at auction and applying for both TN and GA titles at the same time and floorplanning the car with two and three banks at the same time. After he got arrested for the umpteenth time and shut down by the state, I lost count of the people who came in my shop and were looking for their titles and info abou

Yeah, that. Or just maybe an ex- SO decided to re-aquire a vehicle that legally belonged to them?

Grand Cherokees aren't prime theft targets. Ever since this thread posted, I had a suspicion that just "maybe" the bank sent somebody after it?

She has feet???? I never noticed.

In recent investment news, a group of investors have purchased controlling interest in Dollywood, Big Lots, and two grocery chains, Piggly Wiggly and Haris-Teeter. The new operation has been renamed Dolly's Big Wiggly Teeters.

It will take the undertaker at least 6 weeks to get the smile off his face.

It's a matter of time until the maytag dryer dies, I'm sure. It will be replaced with a Speed Queen. we got the one with the extra rinse cycle. Use it on underwear and sheets where we want all the detergents and smells gone. Doing jeans and rugs we don't do the extra cycle. what price were you quoted on the dryer?
-
We've had our Speed Queen washer for about a year now. It is the single best appliance we have ever owned. Did you get the one that has the extra rinse cycle?

But it was OK, because you lived in Alabama.

Nice. Now tell us what porkbarrel measure that was attached to this measure had all the Dems all unified and orgasmic about this vote. It's nice you pulled some reference to veterans and the VA out of the septic tank, but I strongly believe that a $75million token to veterans wasn't the motivation for 210 Dems to vote for the measure.

Having a civil judgement isn't usually worth the paper it is written on. Unless they have hard assets (paid for car) or you know their checking account or they have a long-term job where you can attach their paycheck, you likely will not only be out the lost rent but the attorney's fees to boot. If you have a "tough guy", maybe you could have him do a personal collection call on them.

Do you have a deposit? Realistically speaking.....if they bailed on two month's rent, the likelihood of getting any $$$ from them is slim and none. And slim went fishing for the weekend.

Saints are a "creation" of the Roman Catholic Church. If they want to call a mortal a saint, so what?

At one time I owned a home in St Charles County, MO in a development that had a HOA. Mine was a lake lot, and there was a separate HOA under the development's HOA just for the lake lots. The way the association was written, the lake was for the private use of those lots which adjoined it, meaning that the other lots were not permitted usage. My link to a Google Map of a Satellite view of the property. Because the lake was fairly accessible from another road outside the development, trespassers were a big problem. I can't count the times I had to run fishermen off of my back yard.

There are only two airplanes I have ever wanted to see go nose first into the ocean....Air Force 1 and ZC's private jet.

I priced out a bagster. It costs $30 and the pickup costs $99. The 5x10 trailer is looking like it is the solution. Thanks everybody for the suggestions.

Hummmmh... weren't both of these guys in TX? Conspiracy going on, I tell ya.
-
Well, yeah...BUT. The smallest they have is 15 yards, and they don't have any available and don't know when they will get one. Has a waiting list. Says the roofers have them all tied up. Plus, a 15 yd dumpster is as big as a compact car. Don't have room for the thing, anyway. Waste Industries' website says they have the 4 yd dumpsters for temporary residential, but the local office says they won't do it. I guess I'm back to the old 5x10 utility trailer deal.

I think I just lost all respect for you.

"But the company announced to the bankruptcy court on Monday that a winning bid for Hostess had been tabled by private equity firms Apollo Global Management and Metropoulos & Co." Not so fast...

I was totally unaware that Jesus Christ was a child-molester. A priest, a rabbi, a pastor, or an ayatollah can no more absolve you of your sins than B. Hussein Oblabber can.
