My 8th grade daughter said the speech she heard was no different than any speech the principal has spoken to them. Wasn't a big deal to her. Listened, came away thinking it was neither one political view or the other.

Spent time in my garden this afternoon, then I went to my Facebook ( look me up, add me as a friend - Wendy Fenner) and added pictures of pet sitting clients pets!

Thank you...I am thinking my daughter may have it. When she runs, her hip bone seems to fall out of place and cause severe pain, she had it happen earlier this spring, we had an xray done, but it was done a few weeks after the incident, so it didint show anything unusual. She was running quite hard today, and it popped out of alignment, causing her extreme pain, to the point she couldnt put weight on the leg at all. She is limping now, but I am not convinced all is well. She isn't overweight, only 120 lbs for 5 ft 6 in tall. Its in her right hip, and all the info says it seems to mostly happe

Geez, I never thought about leisure time there! I always dreamed about doing work as a pet sitter in there!

Hoping someone can shed some light on this - I plan to insist my daughter be blood tested for it, since the xray taken back in the spring didnt show anything. She went running today, and suddenly had acute hip pain, couldnt put any weight on the leg at all. This hasnt happened since last year, but this episode was much worse...She says it feels like her hip just pops out of the socket.

wow..thats pretty intense! I was pretty worried when we lived in R.I., I think it was 1992-3, the rain was sheeting down, the tv went out, the winds were howling, and my husband decided he need to step outside just to feel what 110 mph winds felt like!!

This is the time to do SHOPPING for your Christmas pet stockings, folks!!! One less thing to have to do at Christmas when you are too busy to think!! Also, I am sure the shelter would appreciate gifts for the furbabies!! And also a good time to buy stuff to make raffle baskets for fundraisers,dog shows, ETC!

I went last night after HJMS open house ( my daughter is going into 8th ) and spent about $60, without buying the flash drive, yep. The smartest thing is, like already mentioned, buy the stuff either when school has already started, or in May.

I am very thankful for Nixle notifications- I just got a notification from them to avoid Austin Bridge Rd. & Mein Mitchell road for the next 2-3 hours, because there is a house fire going on AND traffic problems there now. I pet sit just off of Mein Mitchell today, so that gave me the advance warning I need to plan my day!

I was coming down the hill from Vista Lake sub/Mount Olivet loop- right at the bootom of the hill is a mva- police rerouting everyone via Mt Olivet road to Gore Rd area all wooded backroads, and now there is an 18 wheeler there, that cant go under that small bridge right before Gore road....

When I lived in a small town in New Hampshire, I worked for my best friend in the whole world, she is a groomer- and the name of her business was called "Groomingdales" . We never had a problem, but we were doing something differently than Bloomingdales, so maybe that wasnt a problem? Plus she didnt advertise on the internet at all, or in newspapers, it was all word of mouth, and clients she had built up over years doing great grooming.
